Went through the drive thru and when I asked girl at the window (so wish I had taken note of her name!) if the soy milk was fat free she glared at me and said, "I don't know." I gave her a half a minute because surely she would quick ask one of her coworkers or heaven forbid, actually take a look at the carton for me, but NO! She just stood there glaring at me. So I asked, "I guess that means too bad for me, you aren't going to find out?" She barely shrugged, stood firm where her unhelpful feet were planted, and continued her glare. I told her we would take our business elsewhere and left our order and drove out of the drive-thru and parked around front. I went in and told the manager what happened. Today was a tough day for them. Lots of people were without power and so everyone was at Starbucks trying to get either wifi or coffee. They were slammed, but they all worked like a well oiled machine. Jesse was wonderful and was going above and beyond to satisfy grumpy customers.
Other reviews stating they are dissatisfied with the lack of staff and items on hand are correct, but this isn't any one persons fault. The current staff are doing the very best they can with what they've been dealt. I have yet to come across a rude staff member. There are shortages of EVERYTHING EVERYWHERE. Don't ruin someone's day over them not having your favorite syrup or bakery item in stock.

However they didn’t make my drink correctly, when I returned back to the store talking to the order taker i explained to her the situation and she told me to pull up to the window.
