Good beer selection. Lots of light beers (sour, pils, wheat, Weis, and hops) and a few darks. They also now serve liquor, so no longer just a brewery. The vibe is weird- its like they want to make it a "chill" relaxed place (they have more high-end furniture and leather couches in a corner, then regular restaurant vibe tables in the front. The bar is beautiful and the backslash behind the taps are gorgeous, but it's doesn't line up with the rest of the look. Service: I'd say poor, and I've been a bartender so I'm not just some stuck up want it my way customer. There were four people behind the bar and three customers....it took nearly 15 minutes for one customer to get a drink and thats after they moved from one end of the bar to the other in hopes they'd get some service. You need to be quick and on your toes to be a good bartender. Out of the 4, one seemed to be on it. Food- wouldn't know. It was outside from a food truck and I didn't wanna wait in line. Maybe next time. Overall, it's not a place to bring any kids, since there is nothing for them to do or know where to play. If you don't have kids ans you want a feel like you're at a nice high end bar but also a college bar, then this is the place for you. If I rated just on the beer,...

The wings taste like fatty hot dogs. The staff is lackluster - my mother told me she would never return because everyone seemed to have an attitude about them.
The bathrooms are always disgusting. The events are tackily handled and poorly executed. The ambiance is lacking. Seems they just bought a brewery in order to make the owners some money. I take pride in what I do; it is clear that they do not operate the same way.
Best part is the Carolina kettle potato chips, which I can get anywhere.
On a more personal note, I worked here before and know how poorly they take care of their people and how expendable people are to them. They care about one thing and one thing only: money. Having worked in the food industry for half of my life, I have very little sympathy for businesses that treat their employees poorly. Your business is your people. If you cannot get that simple truth down, you will never go anywhere.
I am happy to no longer associate myself with this establishment. Give your money to more deserving people...
Read moreWe were sitting at the bar the other week and a woman patron was telling a small group this horrific story about how she witnessed a man senselessly beating a woman in the face while driving down the road in Cary. She called the cops, man has history of domestic violence.
Anyways back to Triangle Beer Co., the male bartender jumped into the conversation, without invitation, and offered âmaybe she cheated on him.â
We all couldnât believe what we heard. Stunned, she asked, âwhat did you say? How could use justify that?â
Without skipping a beat, he said, âhow do you know she didnât have his privates (actual words redacted) in a grip hold out of view?â
We had never seen a more horrific display of hospitality in a casual beer venue situated in a family town. Will...
