Earlier today, I had an unpleasant experience at a Salad and Go location in Casa Grande. Due to my vehicle being under repair, I had opted for an Uber ride to the establishment. Upon arrival, I proceeded to the window to place my order. However, the employee informed me that my order could not be taken at that time because of a lengthy queue. Despite my willingness to wait, I was asked to stand aside and wait until they were ready to take my order.
After waiting for approximately fifteen minutes, the line had decreased in size to one or two cars, and I rang the bell for assistance. A staff member named ZAYHORA(whose badge was upside down) came to the window and addressed me in a rude and unprofessional manner. She informed me that priority was given to drive-through and online orders, and despite the fact that I had been waiting for a significant amount of time, I was not a priority. Her tone and demeanor became increasingly aggressive, and she told me to move away from the window.
I explained to Zayhora that I had no alternative means of transportation to use the drive thru and that my phone was about to die, and that I needed to wait for my Uber driver. However, she paid no attention to my concerns and continued to be unhelpful and unaccommodating. I had to stand in 100° heat for a total of 25 minutes, which was quite uncomfortable.
As a result of this experience, I have decided not to patronize Salad and Go any longer, as I was lied to by the first employee and treated...
Read moreWell, today is officially my last day ordering from Salad and Go. Clearly, my screen records reveal that I’m a fan of the place.
I love the service—especially when the morning manager isn’t around. Today, I was greeted with “That Lady is Back.” Excuse me, what does that even mean?
When the manager finally showed up, it all made sense. She approached the window with a side-eye and a frown, spinning the order screen around like it was a magic trick. Then she tilted her head as if to say, “Go ahead, as if head tilts interrupted into questions”
I had to remind her, “Ma’am, I ordered online,” while holding up my order confirmation. Apparently, she prefers to avoid window orders when it’s busy, which turns her into the Salad and Go witch.
And let’s talk about those fees! Ordering at the window costs me $5.73, but online it’s $10-$11. If you think I’m going to let your attitude ruin my breakfast, think again.
I care about how I’m treated when I spend my hard-earned cash. $7-$10 every weekday adds up—$50 a week, $200 a month, and $1,400 a year and more. So while the manager may not care, I do.
“THAT LADY” is taking her money elsewhere, where I’ll be respected, appreciated, and treated the way all hard-working customers deserve!
I’ll try again in a couple months she...
Read moreThis was my very first time visiting Salad and Go here in Casa Grande, and I have to give a big shoutout to Bianca. From the moment I pulled up to order, she was so kind and patient with me. I wasn’t sure what to get, but she took the time to suggest some popular items that paired well with what I liked. She even repeated my order back with 100% accuracy, which I really appreciated.
When I pulled up to the window, Bianca greeted me with a warm smile, verified my order again, and even asked how my day was going. It felt like she genuinely cared, which you don’t always see these days. My food came out quickly, everything was fresh, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish.
Bianca’s customer service was just outstanding, and it really made my first visit a wonderful one. I highly recommend stopping by this location for I know I’ll...
