Recently arrived as a result of a Google search. Immediately found the on-site parking area to be spacious and free of any obvious issues. The parking lot as well as the exterior of the establishment appeared clean and free of any unaddressed/deferred maintenance issues. Warmly welcomed upon entry by a highly enthusiastic employee who was cleaning and disinfecting nearby dining room tables. I placed my order without incident. I found my interaction with the girls at the register to be warm, personable and highly professional. While varied, the menu is unfi limited to only a few variations of the same reoccurring theme, as a result, ordering was simple, limited and straightforward. The food arrived without incident in short order with minimal delivery lag time. Our food was proudly presented hot, fresh and delicious, and free of any issues. Overall we had a very pleasant visit and we were extremely pleased with the entire experience. It is truly refreshing in the post pandemic world to once again experience genuine old fashioned customer service Vs. the standard minimum effort lip service with attitude which sadly appears to be the new norm, especially in the food services sector. We truly felt welcomed, but most importantly the staff went out of their way so that we truly felt valued as guest. We felt we definitely received the entire staff's best effort. While l personally enjoy the Cane's signature house dipping sauce, my dining companion doesn't and would prefer if they offered multiple options or other flavors which they currently don't. Perhaps offering BBQ sauce?

Fast, efficient, & friendly service! I had no wait time to complete my order. The cashier was very friendly and repeated my order back to me. I ordered the Box Combo for here. I was given my cup and receipt and headed to the drink station. Before I could get my drink filled, ketchup, napkins, and a fork, my name was called! The Box Combo came with Chicken Fingers, French Fries, Cole Slaw, and a slice of bread. The order was hot and fresh! The Chicken was so tender and came with their special "Cane's Sauce". The sauce was a great addition to the Chicken Fingers. I observed a gentleman who was stationed in the lobby and continuously was cleaning and stocking the drink station, as well as complete lobby duties such as cleaning tables and checking for trash.
