I wasn’t going to rate them until the experience I just had with an email from one of the managers, who basically accused me of lying and also accused me of trying to use a coupon that I wasn’t able to use because it was from a different location when the coupon said nothing about a different location on it at all? It was a QR code, It was on the app and it scanned for them just fine?? Also, tried to give me an attitude all because i asked for a fresh box of a 6 pack vs the ones they had just sitting there, I used to see my mom asked for that all the time back then I didn’t think it was that big of an issue to ask for a fresh pack because I didn’t feel comfortable with knowing how long they were sitting there for. Then decides to tell me that you can always heat them up at home as if I don’t know that? Didn’t sign the name for the email either and was bold enough to be condescending. All I did was respond to the email about my experience and I didn’t say anything rude or disrespectful. I just felt disrespected over the first experience I had with this new location and now I’m definitely not coming back to a single Cinnabon especially this one, it’s not like they care anyway 🤷‍♀️

Update(9/21) So I wrote that review a month ago and as you can tell by their response, they’re not taking the situation seriously at all, whatsoever. I am not a person to tarnish a ‘small business’. if you can tell based upon my profile on Google, I actually review things respectfully and give them reason as to why I didn’t like their product. Thats what a review is for?? It’s crazy to me that you’re trying to make it seem like I’m just causing issues when it was you that made it seem like I was just using a random coupon to get something free. I screenshot your response just in case you deleted it so everyone can see that you’re not a professional General manager and you dont care about customers opinions, you just think people are trying to rip you off. If a consumer is not getting their goods and services or treated with respect when they have done nothing wrong then of course they’re going to complain. Also, I never said that I can complained constantly, I said I complain at a different location in an entirely different state which is why i had to coupon on my account jn the first place. Also, i told the company to delete my account because i didnt want their business if someone like you works for them. I also have proof of that email too, so how in the world would i receive another free item??? So get your facts straight before you sit here and attack me on Google reviews 😂

Excellent experience. I may be biased, because my inner child yearns for the mouth-watering pillowy goodness that only Cinnabon&Auntie Anne's can provide. Countless times walking by the Crossroads Mall store, joyously munching away at the generously-provided samples, have culminated in a craving for these foods which leads me to instantly throw whatever money I have at them. This time, my childhood nostalgia was sated to marvelous effect: the staff was outstandingly polite; D.L. particularly handled most of my order, but the female employee was also friendly and helpful. The center rolls were piping hot just out of the oven, and I got to watch D.L. deck them out in generous helpings of the ever-delectable cream cheese icing; and the cinnamon sugar ball on top is a true treat. Equally satisfying were the pretzel dog minis, just as fresh straight from finishing cooking.
