Rooms: Very roomy, super clean, and updated. A/C is effective and not governed by the front desk (Thank god!), it is also very quiet. Bed is firm, but comfortable - I bring my own bedding but the bedding I removed was fine, and the pillows are cotton filled, not feather or "fake" feather, which is good because Im allergic to either. Wifi is fast. No hiccups there. Bathrooms are well laid out, clean, and very updated.

Service: Everybody is friendly. Housekeeping was knocking on my door around 10am, and continued to knock every half hour until I left for work. They cleaned the room very nice and refreshed my towels.

Location: right off I-96, and right across from a McDonalds, Costco, Target, all kinds of shopping. If you cross over 96, there is a bunch more and a Wal-Mart. Not even 2 miles down the road. VERY Nice location.

There is a bar/restaurant attached with very good food. You have to pay for it. Which, if you dont make the breakfast (I think its 7am-930?) or the free dinner (530-7pm?) ((Dont quote me on those times)), then you'll be paying for your food. HOWEVER, when you check in you get a punch card for a free alcoholic drink every night during the free dinner! How cool is that?!

THE BEST PART: I have never stayed at a Drury Inn before, quite frankly, because with the name I figured it was a depressing dumpy ol' place. WAS I WRONG!!! Included in your stay is a VERY delicious breakfast buffet which includes: Sausage, biscuits, gravy, eggs, potatoes, Oatmeal bar, Cereal variety bar, Fruit, Pastries, etc. It was DELICIOUS and best of all FREE!!

Also included is a FREE Dinner buffet!!! Tonight was "make your own" fettucine alfredo with salad (spring mix yummy) and a variety of dressings, baked potatoes, and a nacho bar. There is also hot dogs every night. FREE!

There is a Coke product Fountain machine availabl 24/7 also free. Bring your traveler cup and fill er' up! It goes good with the complimentary POPCORN at the front desk. Omg.

I swear to you if I knew this, I would stay here more often because all the other hotels are guilty of highway robbery.

I will recommend Drury Inn in general to everyone one, forget Residence Inn & Homewood Suites; which were the two hotels I would always favor before staying here. This place is...

I will never have enough good things to say about this hotel! First off we are both young adults so hotels are a big luxury and are far between. When we do go stay at a hotel value is a big deal and this place both times we stayed there, far exceeded expectations. Starting out, they recently renovated the lobby (not that it wasn’t incredible before) but now it’s even nicer. The lobby and elevators and elevator landings on each floor are all beautiful granite tile, the carpet in hallways and rooms is in brand new condition. This hotel is just over 10 years old but the upkeep has kept it brand new. Both times we stayed here the room neat and clean with a spacious bathroom. Both their 5 O’clock Kickback and breakfast are delicious and are both included in the cost of the room as well as drink tickets for the bar and unlimited soda fountain and they now have a delicious full service restaurant (not included in room price). The pool area is incredible, a large hot tub adjoins a massive indoor outdoor pool that goes under the wall (yes you can swim inside to out!). To top all of this off the customer service I received here was 10/10. We stayed here 2 times and back when I delivered pizzas here often the front desk was always so polite and helpful even when not staying there. If you call they pickup right away and without any kind of frustrating automated prompts. Finally, back to value. All of this included in the price of the room you would think it would be a lot but the first time we stayed here in 2024 we got a 2 room suite and it was well under $300 and when recently staying there in 2025 we got a one room with a king bed and it was only $165. Especially for the amenities, those prices are unmatched. Ah yes and the icing on the cake, the free popcorn in the lobby! Would recommend to anyone coming Grand Rapids or locals looking for a luxurious and...

I would give Drury Inn & Suites in Grand Rapids, Michigan 10 stars out of 5 if I could! We were in town for the Berger Chevy Car Show and the Metro Cruise and stayed at Drury Inn for 3 days. There is no question I will be staying at Drury again next year! I am SO OVERWHELMINGLY PLEASED with Drury that I don’t know where to start. It all started at check in, with the spacious, open, clean, modern, well furnished lobby and friendly receptionist. Our room was clean and looked well kept (modern, up-to-date, and stylish). The next day, after spending all day out in the hot sun at a car show, Drury was the best place to come “home” to with it’s clean and spacious indoor AND outdoor pool, complete with hot tub! And if that’s not enough? Not only do these folks treat you to free breakfast, but there is a dinner buffet as well!!! (They call it an afternoon “kick-back” snack, but this is not a “snack”…it’s an entire buffet) But wait…this place just keeps getting better. For anyone ages 21+, Drury includes 3!! Yes THREE FREE alcoholic beverages per adult per day!!! Bartender Katheryn made our stay top notch with her over the top friendly service and her famous “Katheryn Special” cocktail! I was completely NOT expecting a simple trip to a car show to become a luxurious sipping-a-cocktail-by-the-pool excursion but Drury made sure we felt like we were on a vacation!!! There really are no words for how happy I was with this hotel. Even at breakfast, the staff walks around and talks to you. The manager (I think his name was Kendal?) approached us to ask if there was anything he could do for us. But his staff was already doing EVERYTHING good. We will absolutely be back!!! Thanks for turning a car show in to a...

Overall all not a bad experience for the price. The service overall was amazing. The man who checked me in was very kind and explained all the important info about the hotel quickly, with a smile. Ben the bartender/server was amazing. Incredibly kind and friendly. The only thing in regards to the service was when I was paying for some food from the snack pantry. When I was paying the lady checking me out was very kind but they older lady who seemed to be newer and possibly still training just complained because "no one shows me what to do so that why I do not know what to do". It was just awkward, luckily I never dealt with this representative. The room overall was okay. The bathroom door does not lock which I find uncommon and the room was terribly dusty. All over the tv, coffee machine, and general flat areas. The bed was comfortable, we had a king, and the pillows where also comfortable. The bed appeared and looked clean. The bathroom overall was pretty clean but the shower was a bit dirty. I feel if you are going to have hair and body products attached to the shower they should be filled after each use so you get the feeling that it is freshly cleaned. The almost empty bottles made it feel used and dirty. The location was overall decent. Pretty quick to downtown but slightly out of the way especially during high traffic hours but still no more than a 30 min drive to downtown so can not complain overall. If it was not for the service and the staff I would have given a much worse review because of how dusty the room was. The staff was incredibly friendly and inviting.
