On October 9th 2024 A friend offered to buy me something to eat. This was her first time going to Firehouse Subs. I suggested the hook and ladder with honey mustard and yellow peppers, which worked for her. My friend ordered first as she completed her order I added to her order the 2 suggested items. Her order had wheat bread no tomatoes mind was on white with tomatoes. The young lady re-asks my friend what did you want on your order again? I kindly and jokingly advised her, everything on both orders are the same just herās has wheat w/o tomatoes. My friend then asked a question but before getting her words out the young lady turned her head towards her co-workers. She asked twice for our food to be in separate bags. Once the orders were ready I see one bag. Due to it being my friendās first time coming here she goes to the cashier. I stood where the one bag was and politely waited to be advised of where our food was located. After 5 seconds I asked. The one bag was ours. I advised the young lady making the food that we requested separate bags. She replied, oh, ok. She took her hand with nasty gloves on and placed my food, in now a wet bag, with only God knows what. What if I was allergic to what she had On her hands? As she removed my food from the single bag to a separate bag, I noticed nothing indicated whose food Belonged to who. With an attitude after being prompted, she grabbed my bag to verify. My friend seeing how the young lady didn't want to check, she then grabbed her bag. My friend said, the sandwich she had belonged to her. They young lady place my food back into the bag. Once I got home after dropping my friend off neither sandwiches had yellow peppers ššš”. It was close to 8:30pm we both were tired coming from Bible study and she did some grocery shopping. I worked all day. We were just trying to get something to eat after, already having a long day. Getting food shouldn't bring frustration. I am sick of people thinking they are owed a tip before service is rendered. Prove to me that you earned the tip. Your job is service, by your choice, not mine. You get a paycheck due to you showing up. Tips are based on performance towards the people you are serving. I will never go to this location nor...

I ordered several sandwiches, of which I asked for mayo on the side because I cannot eat it but my dad likes it and we were going to split the sandwiches. I also asked for the dressing on the side. Apparently asking for condiments on the side means to them that they put it on your sandwich and also give you extra; on the side. There is no option on their website to choose none. Trying to use the free sandwich deal wasn't fun because you have to add it to your order at the time of order online; but again, there's no option to do that on their website! They end up giving me another "free" sandwich when I had already told the checkout guy I ordered the hook and ladder and it was in the bag, that's what the free offer was for. When I got home and opened all 4 sandwiches, there was mayo on every one! When I called to explain to them, they not only told me they wouldn't give me my money back, they wanted me to drive all the way back out there (25 minutes) to get them remade. Manager/owner was so rude, my first and last visit to your restaurant! Now I canāt use the code. I was ridiculed by the manager/owner for wanting a refund for the soda since I was being treated rudely and no longer wanted any business done with the store. Iād never go into any of your stores after this. This was extremely frustrating. The owner was clearly upset but why should it have to endure her being upset about my choice to use an offer. She made it very clear my pop was only $3 but I was going to receive a $14.99 sub but I didnāt and no longer wanted a side. Pathetic customer service. That person has no place in hospitality. I happily have helped guests and customers in the park with deals, heck Iāll even point out thereās better ways to order things to get a deal.
