Starbucks — Restaurant in Cascade Charter Township

So today I wanted to grab a coffee on my way to work, when I walked in, I noticed that the same guy who made my coffee poorly the last time (which was a few weeks before), was the one making coffee again. I had assumed last time that he was new, so I was ok with the drink having been not made properly, I just threw the coffee away and didn't think twice about it. Today when I walked in, I felt at ease, I thought that since he'd been there longer, he could make my drink just fine. Well, I was wrong. I ordered 2 venti decaf Americano's, both with caramel and room for cream. 1) He overcharged me, 2) he used normal coffee (which means aside from the fact that it was not espresso, it was also not decaf.) 3) there was no room for cream in either. I politely asked him to pour a little out so I could have room for cream, he heaved a heavy sigh, and poured out a third of the drinks. I would have asked him to add a little more water, but as it was, he had already watered down weak coffee, adding more water would have made it much worse. Since I had ordered mine iced, he handed me a straw, and I asked him if I could have the taller straw (since I had a venti). He very rudely and flippantly said "well, they haven't sent us more, too bad!" And on top of that (yes, I know, there's even more.) he was listening to his rock music on his phone the whole time, and if I tried to say something, he'd pause his head banging and go "huh?" Overall I was really frustrated. I've had my coffee made poorly many times, and I shrug my shoulders and get over it. I've even had really bad customer service, and I chalk it up to the person having a bad day, and am extra nice to them. But this time was different, especially since it was the second time he's made the coffee wrong, and he was...well, a jerk. Nothing on the workers, but every time I try to get a coffee something is not working. One day the espresso machine was broken, another day the register was broken, today the ice machine was busted so no cold drinks. Whoever is the manager of this shop, you gotta order some new equipment. Your store is falling apart. I feel bad for the workers. I'll change my review once you're equipment is working...

The past few times I’ve went there specifically last Monday 11/13/23 I ordered a peppmochafrap and ended up getting really sick for 3 days. The person working that morning looked like she absolutely hated her job and wanted to kill everyone at that store. Also, if the owner is seeing this review please check this location for expired products. I would hate to have anyone else go...
