Burger King — Restaurant in Casper

This Burger King was a little different for me. The first time I went in there I ordered a meal to eat there. Halfway through my meal I got up to get more water and one of the employees stole a pack of cigarettes from the table where I had left them while getting water. I believe that the management k n e w who the employee was when I complained about it.

After that incident I made it my business to stop in there as often as I could. I got to know the daytime manager by the name of Mikey. He offered to reimburse me for the cigarettes, I would not let him do that as it was coming out of his own pocket. He is 25 years old and a manager of Burger King. Now I know that all of you out there can remember what it was like to be 25 years old. This young man is doing his very best to stay out of trouble and earn his own way in the world. I love Burger King's food, I always have. But the service at all three Casper Burger Kings is the worst I have ever had. They are slow, and the employees look like they are only there for themselves. Whenever I go in, they are on their phone. Whenever I go through the drive through, the wait time is rediculous. In fact, it does not matter if you go through the drive through or go inside. I have had to wait 7 minutes in front of the window at the drive through WITH NO ONE ELSE IN FRONT OF US AFTER WE ORDERED FOR AN ICE CREAM CONE. I repeatedly go back every couple of months to see if the service is any better. Never gets any better. I love Burger King's food, but it just takes way too long and the service is just terrible. Went to go eat 10 minutes before 11:00pm (I thought they closed at midnight) and as soon as I pull up and am seen the workers turn the 'Open' sign off. I tried to call to figure out what was going on and my calls went unanswered and I could clearly see people inside. I pulled up to the drive thru window and no one even bothered to come onto the intercom to let me know what was going on. Finally I called a different store and was told they weren't closed and they didn't know why the would have ignored me.
