I traveled to Casper for a business trip. I had this hotel booked for over a week. The price was great! I was happy with the rooms and cleanliness. The breakfast was average but decent(minus the donuts that were put out still being half frozen). Now to the bad... Somehow housekeeping thought a bag weighing around 10lbs full of rechargeable drill batteries was garbage. But yet neglected to throw out an empty 6 pack of bottles for 2 days. But as soon as we noticed the missing items we spoke to the front desk and we were told they would look into it. Checked back and nothing, still looking into it. So I then emailed the hotel after checking out and they were again looking into the situation. But again, nothing other than being told they were sorry and to file a police report(which isn't ideal as I live across the country). So we are out over $400 worth of tools that somehow just vanished. So I'd suggest not to leave valuables in the room. The Wi-Fi is horrendous! We tried doing other business in the hotel room on laptops and it kept cutting out so we could not get much accomplished due to that. For the first few days our room keys somehow quit working and we had to keep going to the front desk to have them programmed again. Not sure what the issue was here. Last issue is this.. The hotel was prepaid but when checking out they somehow decided to bill the card that was used for incidentals again for the whole stay which then took nearly 5 days to get credited. This is an honest review from a rather frustrated customer. I am not one to leave bad reviews or reviews at all but it is frustrating when you lose $400 plus of tools and all you get is an apology and no resolution. Somehow no video footage, no one in house keeping recalls anything(as you would suspect). I am just frustrated with the whole situation overall...
Read moreWorst hotel I have ever stayed at. Booked a room with 2 queen beds in January for a 2 night stay in April. Called the hotel to confirm my reservation on March 31st and correct a couple of errors the hotel had on my reservation. Called again on April 2nd to make sure everything was correct and was told they had me down for 2 queen beds for 2 nights. Arrived at the hotel at 6:50 to check in and was asked if I needed 2 beds to which I replied yes I booked a room for 4 people. I was then told that they didn't have any rooms with 2 beds available and they could put me in a room with 1 king bed and would call me to move me for the 2nd night to a room with 2 queen beds. I had no choice but to accept this since there were volleyball & wrestling tournaments in town and no other rooms available. At 2 pm the 2nd day I went to the front desk to find out when they were going to move us and was told that none of the 2 queen rooms that were available had been cleaned yet and to come back at 4. I went back at 4 and after checking with the manager the front desk employee said he was moving me to 607 and then he started typing in his computer and after a couple of minutes told me they didn't have any rooms with 2 queen beds available and that I had to stay in the room with 1 king bed again.|I do not understand how a hotel can sell the room you reserved to someone else once, let alone 2 nights in a row.|Don't even get me started about how clean, or rather not clean the room was. Terrible sound insulation. Noisy kids up stairs and in the hall ways both nights. Also, the shower head was below my chin (I am 6' 1").|Overall this hotel is awful. Zero stars. DO...
