Came up for a big jamboree. As far as 90% of the staff, they were awesome. Seemed like they had definitely over sold the hotel this weekend but made it work. The only downside I had was my room, and how the situation was handled. I didnt spend much time in my room on Friday due to meetings, but when I did, I noticed some dried up blood in the shower. I just wiped it up with a wet rag but didnt get a picture of it until it was on the rag. When I woke up the next morning, I realized just how disgusting the bathtub looked. I also noticed a small blood spot on a pillow I wasnt using. This to me tells me that housekeeping ISNT changing out bedding, which is DISGUSTING. I immediately pulled apart all bedding and went to the front desk and showed them the attached pictures. Had a few meetings and asked for replacement bedding at least. When I got back to the room, the bed was made. So, I checked all of the pillows and sure enough, same pillow was on the bed, same blood spot. Took the pillow to the front desk to maybe a 16-17 year old kid, they kept the pillow, a slight apologetic response, and I was on my way. Told another lady upon check out about things and her response was "we had a pretty full house and it must have gotten overlooked". I dont care, bedding should be changed. The bathtub you could tell hadn't been cleaned at all. Housekeeping definitely needs to ACTUALLY clean things to ever grt me back.

This was an amazing place! From the big open lobby with intricate designs in the tile, to the friendly staff, chairs throughout to sit and relax. The pool area was big with lots of chairs. Great for kids with little slides and floating alligator. Hot tub was great, but wished there was two, as it was always full. Big breakfast area, with plenty of good hot food. Lobby bathrooms were even great! Womens was stocked with necessities, in case you needed them. Big and always clean. The decor throughout was really good. Had big laundry area for guests. The hallways always smelled clean and fresh. The rooms were great! Big, spacious, comfy beds. We stayed a few days in a double queen room, left for a few days, came back and stayed in a suite. Both rooms were great, but the suite was very spacious. Our teenage kids were even impressed with the whole place! The price was very surprising, cheaper than several other hotels that we usually stay at (quality inn, days inn, la quinta). We were up there to get our son settled in, as he is working there now. We will be staying at this place every time we come to town to see him.

I went back & forth on posting this because of how well the staff handled it; however I feel like it’s important others are aware! We found bed bugs in our room the morning of Sunday, April 13th. We were refunded our full amount & the manager said she would warn staff. They have multiple floors with rooms so my worry is they will not treat and check every room! The bathtubs were also dirty but that’s the least of my concerns after my husband was bit. I will attach a photo that was taken yesterday, Monday, April 14th around 8pm. Please make sure you flip the beds! And check the box springs. That’s where we found them.

I traveled to Casper for a business trip. I had this hotel booked for over a week. The price was great! I was happy with the rooms and cleanliness. The breakfast was average but decent(minus the donuts that were put out still being half frozen). Now to the bad... Somehow housekeeping thought a bag weighing around 10lbs full of rechargeable drill batteries was garbage. But yet neglected to throw out an empty 6 pack of bottles for 2 days. But as soon as we noticed the missing items we spoke to the front desk and we were told they would look into it. Checked back and nothing, still looking into it. So I then emailed the hotel after checking out and they were again looking into the situation. But again, nothing other than being told they were sorry and to file a police report(which isn't ideal as I live across the country). So we are out over $400 worth of tools that somehow just vanished. So I'd suggest not to leave valuables in the room. The Wi-Fi is horrendous! We tried doing other business in the hotel room on laptops and it kept cutting out so we could not get much accomplished due to that. For the first few days our room keys somehow quit working and we had to keep going to the front desk to have them programmed again. Not sure what the issue was here. Last issue is this.. The hotel was prepaid but when checking out they somehow decided to bill the card that was used for incidentals again for the whole stay which then took nearly 5 days to get credited. This is an honest review from a rather frustrated customer. I am not one to leave bad reviews or reviews at all but it is frustrating when you lose $400 plus of tools and all you get is an apology and no resolution. Somehow no video footage, no one in house keeping recalls anything(as you would suspect). I am just frustrated with the whole situation overall...

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Booked a room with 2 queen beds in January for a 2 night stay in April. Called the hotel to confirm my reservation on March 31st and correct a couple of errors the hotel had on my reservation. Called again on April 2nd to make sure everything was correct and was told they had me down for 2 queen beds for 2 nights. Arrived at the hotel at 6:50 to check in and was asked if I needed 2 beds to which I replied yes I booked a room for 4 people. I was then told that they didn't have any rooms with 2 beds available and they could put me in a room with 1 king bed and would call me to move me for the 2nd night to a room with 2 queen beds. I had no choice but to accept this since there were volleyball & wrestling tournaments in town and no other rooms available. At 2 pm the 2nd day I went to the front desk to find out when they were going to move us and was told that none of the 2 queen rooms that were available had been cleaned yet and to come back at 4. I went back at 4 and after checking with the manager the front desk employee said he was moving me to 607 and then he started typing in his computer and after a couple of minutes told me they didn't have any rooms with 2 queen beds available and that I had to stay in the room with 1 king bed again.|I do not understand how a hotel can sell the room you reserved to someone else once, let alone 2 nights in a row.|Don't even get me started about how clean, or rather not clean the room was. Terrible sound insulation. Noisy kids up stairs and in the hall ways both nights. Also, the shower head was below my chin (I am 6' 1").|Overall this hotel is awful. Zero stars. DO...
