Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Wyoming

If I could leave no stars I would. We just had a horrible experience at this Dairy Queen, the young man took our money at the drive through, then grabbed a blue cleaning rag, which I know for a fact has chemicals on it because I worked at Dairy Queen once, wiped the counter then he grabbed our brownies with bare hands and put them into our cups. When I told them I wanted them remade because we watched him grab the brownies with no gloves on there was no apology and then we were told to pull up away from the window. So of course at that point we’re not sure what they were going to do to our ice creams. So I went in and got a refund because that is absolutely disgusting. And who I assume is the manager was not apologetic at all and all she said was “sorry for your experience.” I can say for an absolute fact that we will never be back to this Dairy Queen. We are in a PANDEMIC for crying out loud! And we have a four month old baby that could very easily get sick because of that young man. So upset with our experience. Overpriced. For 2 combos of 4-piece chicken strips and 1 ice cream to share with my child and I, $30. The food is not worth that much and left my stomach feeling sick after. They were speedy and nice, but this is not worth that money. We have fed our family of 5 at McDonald's for $20-$25 with their bag packs with food that didn't leave anyone feeling like garbage. Horrible horrible horrible! Guaranteed it was lunch and they were busy rush but you couldn’t get the girls behind the counter to smile or even look at you while helping. I ordered a Royal cheesecake blizzard and when the gal brought it out and flipped it, strawberry juice poured out and splattered my legs. She didn’t say a single word.
