I have never written a negative review about any establishment; mostly due to the fact that I have worked in the service industry my entire life and I understand the difficulties within the field. However, I also have never experienced such a complete disregard for guest service in my entire life as I just experienced attempting to eat at this restaurant. My family and I used to love coming here for the Friday night prime rib but our last two experiences have completely turned us off. This last time is unforgivable. We arrived with our two children and sat ourselves as is customary. I could tell that they had two servers and a busser working. Eventually I could also tell that another hotel staff came in to assist them. We sat for 40 minutes. In that time not one person came by our table to tell us they would be with us shortly. No one offered us menus or drinks. At one point someone bussed a table next to ours and still failed to greet us. There were a total of 10 active tables with 3/4 waitstaff. Read moreFood was really good for the price. But the service was terrible. Our waitress never checked up on us and my mother had to find someone to do the computer system so we could pay our check. The lady behind the bar was new and she didnt know how to do the computer system. When my mom asked nicely for new silverware the waitress flung 3 new rolls onto the table. Our waitress never checked on her other tables. The table behind us was getting aggravated that no one took his order in 20 minutes. The place was not that busy. The other waitress was pay more attention to the older gentleman than the rest of the tables. That were ready to order or pay for their check. I would only order...
Read moreI cannot understand all of these negative comments because this place is great. We're currently staying at the Ramkota and have eaten food from the Remington twice so far. The fish and chips the first night were great (we ordered from the bar and food was brought there) and then we went into the restaurant for the Friday night prime rib deal. Lindsey was incredible serving us. She was so sweet and attentive and was all alone taking care of all the patrons there. The prime rib was phenomenal and I ate so much my buddy had to roll me out of there. Great...
