Jeremiah's Italian Ice — Restaurant in Casselberry

I'd like to write an article called, "Best Customer of 5 years Treated Like Garbage"

I've gone to this lovely location for 4 years, or whenever they opened, the owner seems to think it was only a year ago. Funny that I know more than he does about his own business.

Recently, I've had a few complaints and they refused to fix them. Even though many of them were their own mistakes. The manager, Mary, has a rude attitude and frankly it's spreading to her subordinates. I'm tired of her lies. I'm done with this location. I'm taking my car magnet off, and refuse to market for a company that doesn't care about their customers. I truly regret spending over $4,000 there over the years and well....expecting perfection after spending $4 on ice cream. I was a manager of an ice cream shop before and sorry I can make a better ice cream cone than more than half of your employees. Apparently, I can't complain about getting a smaller size than the one I paid for.

I'm sorry for promoting this business to my students and other teachers. Sorry for suggesting catering opportunities. So sorry I ever spent a dime here.

Extra YELP star for the young lady that took care of us today. If they have an "Employee of the Month " we recommend her. Sorry we didn't catch her name. We had a BOGO coupon from The Entertainment Book that brought us by this location. We hadn't been to Jerimiahs in a few years and this young woman was personable, knew their products and was professional at the same time. This Jerimiahs doesn't seem to jump out at you from the roadside like most others do and when we arrived we were the only ones there. This young lady was very patient with us in explaining the various products and flavors. By the time we made our purchase and returned to our car more customers were pulling in. You can stay in your car and drive through or use the walk up window like we did on this visit. Regardless thanks to the friendly and helpful employee and the BOGO we'll be back for sure. Oh, by the way, our employee of the month also let us know if we use their app we will also get a free icecream. That's the way to build...

There was an issue with an employee giving me a bunch of packaging when all I wanted was a small ice cream on a cone, forcing me to pull over and assemble everything myself. Initially when I emailed about the situation, I didn't hear back from anyone other than one person to ask for photos and then never any correspondence after that. I sent the photos, but there was no follow-up. I sent another email recently to the address given by management below, and was promptly assisted and everything was made right.
