Crumbl — Restaurant in Casselberry

First time here today. Staff was super helpful. The cookies change every week (basic cookies are always available like choc chip). Place just opened so super clean. Open floor plan so u can c everything done. Everyone following safety protocols w hair/hands covered. Kudos! Now the cookies. Some of them I got, come warmed. So the chips are gooey, apple pie filling was warm. Just right. Cookies are so soft. Not dry/brittle so minimal crumbs. That means more for you to enjoy and less clean up. 👍 I got 4 cookies CC, 🍎 🥧,caramel, and a sugar cookie w pink almond 🧈. That is attached photo. Spent over $17 ( w tax and tip which is optional) but I gotta say cookies are off the chain. In this economy I will set aside 💵 for more when I can. And they also have ice cream. 😲😲 Did not c that on website so next time Crumbles I will try your 🍨. Also presentation is excellent and cookies are 4" in size. Great quality control! Everyone knows you can’t beat the taste of Crumbl cookies, whether they were ordered and delivered from the app or purchased to celebrate a special occasion that there’s just no other product in the game right now that consistently serves up the flavors and smiles as much as those addictive pink Crumbl boxes do!!! However, there’s something different about the location in Casselberry, Florida and you can tell right away when you enter the building and converse with the staff, that you’re going to be treated more like friends and family then just a normal customer. You can see/feel it right away in the pride they take in representing the brand in their local community and would give this location five stars all day!! Therefore, I would encourage everyone in Central Florida to visit and taste the joy and love this Casselberry team bakes in each 1/4 slice of heaven as being the real “packet” of secret ingredients in the famous Crumbl...

Just got off the phone with Lindsey, the manager of the Casselberry store. I was calling about a dozen large chocolate chunk cookies I purchased last week that were very salty to the point that some of the cookies were inedible. Lindsey said there was nothing she could do to resolve the situation as the cookies are always made with sea salt sprinkled on the top when they come out of the oven. She was unwilling to make any accommodations regarding my concerns and said there was no one else that would be able to help me. We had previously purchased a dozen of the chocolate chunk and they were very good. It is unfortunate that the lack of customer service on Lindsey‘s part resulting in her not being willing to address the fact that somebody over salted the cookies in the second dozen we purchased.
