I would strongly caution you not to eat here. After receiving my Qtr Pounder w/ cheese undercooked from the drive thru, I went inside to bring this to their attention. I was not greeted at all and after about 5 minutes, I flagged someone down to show them my burger and ask for a simple remake. The McDonald's employee (without even looking at it) told me it was "impossible to receive an undercooked burger", so I politely showed it to him and split the burger apart where you could clearly see raw undercooked meat. He then said he would remake it for me in an abrupt and rude manner. Obviously he is unhappy working there and the drive thru line was long so I didn't think much of it and politely said ok. So ok, no problem here right?.... 3 minutes later he tosses a bag about 3 feet onto the counter and walks away without saying anything. Doesn't walk it over to me, just throws the bag and walks away. I'm standing at the register still about 5 feet away from where he throws the bag so I'm confused what is going on. When he comes back, I politely ask him who that bag was for? He replies "well you are the only one waiting". At this point, I have had enough and I then ask for a refund. He then starts to act more out of control and rude and yells at me to stick my card in the reader. I tell him not to talk to me in this manner as he does not know me. He then threatens to fight me... so I tell him to come outside.... Of course he doesn't come out and it is just comical at this point to talk trash to a customer from behind a counter for absolutely no reason at all except your poor attitude! He then keeps mumbling more trash and says I can wait for him when he gets off at 11PM (this as I'm walking out of the establishment). Ask yourself, are these the people you trust to make your food that you are eating? Imagine what goes on in the kitchen if this is how they act towards...
Read moreI ordered a number 7 with a medium sweet tea (they had run out of large cups) and a large fry. After receiving my food, I pulled away, but before leaving the parking lot, I noticed I had barely any fries, and they were extremely salty—probably the last bit in the batch. So, I got back in line to explain that I didn’t receive the right amount of fries.
When I spoke with the worker, she asked if they really gave me so few fries and checked my receipt. She examined it for a moment and then asked if I had eaten some of the fries. I explained the situation, even showing her my drink to confirm I’d only had a small sip since I had just received my food. She left, and another worker came back, asking what I’d like them to do, insinuating I had eaten all the fries. I explained again that I had just received my food.
I could overhear them discussing me and implying I had eaten the fries. When they finally returned with a new batch, I asked for a refund because I was being accused of something I didn’t do and was given a hard time. It’s ridiculous to face accusations and no accountability over a simple mistake on their part. If I wanted more fries, I would have just bought them. The fact that a mistake was made on their end, and I was accused of lying after immediately coming back, is...
Read moreEarlier today, I was at the McDonald’s on the corner of anchor rd and 436 (1291 FL-436) in Casselberry, FL. We were there approximately between 9:30 am and 9:45pm. There was a very “special” driver who came millimeters from slamming into the driver’s side of my car with me and my 2 yr old son inside. One can only assume that her order was oh so “important”. As it turns out, the driver of said vehicle was an Uber Eats driver. I know this because of what the cashier told me. The cashier said, “I’m sorry, that was Ubereats”. Though I understand that not all drivers can be controlled, what’s the purpose of having a mobile pickup if it is not being used. The current construction this facility is undergoing is no excuse. Those mobile spots were still readily available. What a D-bag this driver was. Oh, did I forget to mention that not only did this person almost hit me but, almost hit the car in front of them.
Because of this my experience there was less than stellar and the reason for this lengthy review.
What is it going to take to get things under more control for the safety of those customers. FYI. A pic of this driver is...
