Okay, so I want to preface that I have opened 4 restaurants and understand first day struggles. I would really like to see this spot do well. There are things that need to be worked on however. I am not complaining, just giving honest feedback.

So here are areas for improvement that struck me: •The bar was not wiped down when I sat down. I wiped it down myself. •Our bartender was not well versed in the bar menu or the beers that were on tap or in the cooler. • Table touches were not as frequent as I would have liked. We felt like we were constantly waiting to be checked on. •Dirty glasses did not get cleared from the bar top from previous customers for the entirety of us being there. (About an hour) •Food modifications did not come out correctly. •As you can see in the picture there were very few frys that came with my meal. The food cost on fries is near to none. The basket should be full. •Lastly, with it being the first day I would have expected a manager or even our bartender to ask us how our experience was and that did not happen. •Also minor thing, but I think the lights should be dimmed. I felt very bright almost like a hotel bar.

Now again, I do not say any of these things in a malicious manor. I understand there are growing pains with openings. These are just things I noticed right...

I will give them another shot on another day. The menu sounds great but the food was a little underwhelming. I got the fried pickle burger, the pickle(s), (one small pickle slice) had no breading on it whatsoever, so in the end, it was just another average burger, very little sauce too. Another person in my group got the chicken and waffles, served on a small rectangular plate, it was most annoying to eat, both the chicken and the waffle were a little on the hard side, added to the small plate, it was difficult to eat. The others in my group did not get excited over their food either, just bar food that is made to sound better than it is. The beer selection looked good, but the first two beers I tried to order from their menu, they were out of. A bit more passion applied to their food and a little more attention to detail on what they have in inventory, they might have a great restaurant. I will give them another try, I always give restaurants a second shot. If my next trip there is equivalent to my first, I will downgrade them to a 1 star. If it is better then I will grade accordingly. Let's hope they get their act together, I...

Cute restaurant. The games they offer for kids to play are helpful and entertaining. The tables were really tight, no wiggle room for 6 people. The brussel sprouts were awesome, the fries were mid and my burger was good. However, the service was some of the worst I've had. We had 3 different servers. I believe this could've been the problem. We never knew who to ask for anything. There was a period of 45 mins no one checked on us and we all needed refills and napkins. The tables around us were being served and no one would look our way to see if we needed anything. We asked for to go containers 3x's and finally got them. Our teenage son fell asleep. I wanted to do the same. We waited again for our check. We were there for over 2 hours, primarily due to waiting on servers. I hope they change to having 1 server per table and maybe they'll be more aware of their assigned...

We waited a while for the server to come up and take our order, when she finally came to our table, she was not very friendly. Finally got our food, we saw the waitress coming out of the kitchen with food in her mouth (chewing) and then she showed one of our plates to another server, which I thought was strange. We ordered wings with fries, cheddar and ham melt with fries, and grilled cheese and fries. The wings were soggy and not good at all (sad excuse for wings) and the grilled cheese was only 1/2 and hardly any cheese at all (another sad excuse for a grilled cheese) and all the fries were soggy. Waitress finally came back to grab us a refill once we were done eating and then she brought the bill. Is not like the food is super cheap either. She didn’t even ask my husband if he wanted another drink. Not happy with service or food at all.

I've been to the Centennial location a number of times and have always had a great experience, and the Castle Rock location offered the same! We were out celebrating our dog's birthday, and knowing they had a dog menu, we took her here for a snack of grilled chicken with waffle fries - and then the staff brought her a party hat along with a bowl of whipped cream and biscuits. Our server was very attentive and did a great job. Nice large covered patio with big heaters that would be great on colder days. The "people" menu has a nice selection of choices and the lunch menu is a great deal.
