Quite disappointed with the treatment my daughter received yesterday over the phone. She was trying to move her sonās appointment forward due to him having breathing difficulties with a chest infection. She called and spoke to Lauren (the call was on speaker as I was comforting my grandson). We discovered there was an appointment for 1.30 that afternoon but looking at his labored breathing I advised my daughter not to take that and weāll take him to emergency care. My daughter then asked Lauren does she know where thereās a Childrenās Urgent care, Lauren answered with, ā no I donāt. Google it.ā The rudeness and inconsiderate behavior my daughter received was alarmingly shocking and unacceptable. Thereās more to the conversation but not worth my energy going over it on here. My grandson was transported by ambulance from his home to Parker Children's hospital where he was later transported to Aurora Childrens Hospital and admitted. The treatment my grandson has received so far (heās still in there) concludes how grave of a condition he was in. Iām still in shock on the rudeness and inconsiderate behavior my daughter received but thankful I was with her to support her and as her witness to this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe receptionist at this place is horrible. I think her name is Lauren. She was the rudest person Iāve ever talked toā¦my son was in there a year and a half ago for an injury and when I called back to try to get him some help for some issues ā¦..she said that he as dropped him as a patient, even though he was in there recently ā¦They said it was their policy to just drop people after two years of not coming in which wasnāt true and they didnāt even let us know that heās been dropped as a patient ā¦.heās 20 but theyāre supposed to work with him until heās 23 so now I am in a lurch trying to find somebody to help him with his issues. I told her I didnāt need to do a full physical or wellness exam that I just wanted to get in to see Dr. Dacey who has been seeing him since he was a little boy and also Dr. Travers who we really enjoyed as his doctors. Be aware when your children get older and need some help, they couldāve at least sent us a form letter to say he was no longer part of the practice. And they need to get new...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHave adored Dr. Traver since my now 7 year old daughter was born! I'm extremely disappointed with their office now though š can't ever get an appointment when a child is sick. Was told multiple times to just call back the next day to make an appointment, which I did right at 8am! Only to experience a hold time of more than 20 minutes! And then, to hear appointments were booked for the day and to call and try the next day. What is the point of going to a doctor, if your child can't be seen when they are sick!? Sadly, we will be changing my daughter's PCP. Ended up calling mine and my husband's doctor, Founders Family Medicine, and they were able to see my daughter (and get her tested, prescribed medicine, and also didn't have to wait on hold.) All within the same day. They cared. 5280 did not. Good...
