This place absolutely ruined my Halloween yesterday. The level of incompetence I experienced from the staff was mind blowing. If Halloween is the busiest day of the year as they claimed, why were there no adults managing the restaurant? Why was there no one staffed that could handle how busy it was? For starters, their website was down, so I had to call in my order. I was told it would be ready by 5:15pm. When I arrived I was told they were busy and it was going to be another 20 minutes. After 25 minutes I asked for an update and they had trouble finding my order. They couldn't find it by my name or phone number but found it by what I actually ordered, which makes no sense at all. Are you telling me your company doesn't keep track of orders by a customer's name or number? I was then told they found my order and it was still being made and would be done in 20 minutes. After 25 minutes I inquired and again they acted like they couldnt find my order. The manager then came over and said it was still being made and would be just a few more minutes. By 6:15pm I had been waiting an hour and inquired for a 3rd time and the staff member again had trouble finding my order and brought over the same manager who said, OH it's becasue your order was scheduled to be ready at 8:35pm. Are you fricken kidding me?? That same manager just told me earlier that my order was being made and would be ready soon. His excuse was that there were several orders with my same name which is contradictory because they couldn't even find my order earlier using my name. Plus I do not have a common name at all. Then the manager blamed the owner by saying he was the only one here taking orders by phone. 3 employees lied and told me my order was being made and wasted over an hour of my time. I asked for a full refund and will never be back to this establishment. With so many pizza options in the area, this company is the absolute worst and I will never be back. Guess what, I went to Pizza Hut and got my order in 30 minutes. Thank God they had a conpetant...

Robots could run this Little Caesars more efficiently than whichever uncaring, uninvolved human oversees it.
The atmosphere, to begin with, is highly uninviting. You feel like you're inconveniencing the staff simply by ordering. On the phone and in-person they are short and rude (if you ask how their day is going it will be curtly ignored). Typically there's essentially no line, but rather a horde of people scattered about, who haven't gotten their pizza.
There's rapid turnover with employees here due to aforementioned management and working conditions. Expect to see teenagers on their phones or standing around in the kitchen while orders pile up. Expect no one to really know what they're doing. Expect bad attitudes as no one actually wants to be there. I've even seen them working on Labor Day.
I waited over 40 minutes for my food, because someone forgot it was in the warmer. Still had to pay.
If so many Castle Rock soccer moms didn't crave cheap pizza, I'd proudly estimate a handful more months before this joint shuts down. However, as bougie and healthy as this area is, few will admit they do love them some Little Caesar's. So Castle Rock will just keep dealing with this headache. Except me,...
Read moreI never leave reviews but this time I just had too. I recently stopped by to pick up two pizzas and noticed that there was only one employee working at the time. My immediate thought was that it would take a while to get my order, and I expected the employee to be stressed or possibly in a bad mood given the situation. However, the exact opposite happened. Eugene R., who was working alone at the location on a Saturday which is always busy, was incredibly calm, polite, and respectful. Despite handling everything on his own, he completed my order efficiently and maintained a positive and professional attitude throughout the interaction. Employees like Eugene R. are rare these days, and I believe he deserves recognition for his outstanding work ethic and composure under pressure. He truly went above and beyond, and it did not...
