This location is super busy in the drive thru. To solve this problem I have attempted to use the lobby. In theory this is a great idea, in practice however this has now worked out poorly for me twice.(Back to back rotten experiences)
The first time I ordered and after a crowd of people came in. Somehow their drinks were ready before mine...way to many were ready before mine, I was left waiting for a significant amount of time. Sadly with no apology for the wait. While other customers who waited less time, coming in after me did receive an apology. But as I said it was super busy. More than one barista was delivering our drinks, I let it slide. I decided to give it another try.
Today I ordered and about 15 minutes goes by, only one person ordered a significant time after me and still no coffee.
I am done waiting, after all I walked in to avoid this and the only person ahead of me in the lobby had long since left.
I walk to the counter, let them know that I am need a refund and now suddenly my drink is ready. I am sorry I said I want a refund. How does my drink suddenly become available when I ask for a refund? They put a drink in front of me, but I stood my ground on the refund.
They offer me both. I let them know they are welcome to do whatever they like with the drink but I would like my refund. It's a good thing I stood my ground. The drink they served me wasn't the drink I ordered or paid for. When I checked my card I paid $7.51 for my drink and I was refunded $6.41.
So in order to avoid refunding my money the barista pulled up some random drink, tells me that mine is next, puts it in front of me, and tries to make up for poor customer service with worse customers service!
The supervisor or manager wanted to make it right even offering extra points but I didn't bring my phone in.
Going off the drink he pulled up processes what she believes is my refund but it wasn't the same drink, so a correct refund.
To be gracious I did take the drink. But it never tasted right. I thought perhaps it was because it was sitting on the counter and they'd forgotten to call me and it had gotten watered down. But that didn't seem right...
But the price difference explained everything! It wasn't the same drink I had enjoyed my last visit!
You know, if you had given me my refund without the argument I may have given you another chance and just stuck to your long drive thru line. But giving me grief, substituting someone else drink for mine resulting not only in an incorrect refund, but an incorrect drink just made everything worse! You escalated the situation rather than making it better. I offered you a satisfactory solution and not only did you refuse to honor it. You lied to me, stole more of my time and charged me for a portion of my drink that you were committed to refunding.
None of these behaviors are in keeping with the Dutch Creed you posted on the wall for us to read while we wait!
Your treatment was poor enough that another customer even apologized for my poor experience at your location today...
I don't have time for such craziness!
Use this location when you have time to wait in the drive thru line. That has always gone...
Read moreI almost died in the sinkhole... There I was, tired, crust in my eyes, in a long line of cars because Dutch Bros is clearly the best. As I pulled forward in the drive-thru line, I saw what the car in front of me had been blocking... a giant pothole. I swerved just in time, only to feel my car take a big dip anway. I didn't know what had happened. It was so deep I wondered if a sinkhole had opened up. It would be a shame to be swallowed whole before I'd even gotten to take a sip of my delicious blended Carmelizer. The sound my car made as it sunk into this black abyss had the same effect on me as taking a gulp of the 9-1-1 coffee drink. I was awake. I pulled my car up and out of it and realized there was not one but two enormous potholes in the drive-thru line. Whew. At least I had survived and I had a delicious coffee waiting for me. I would check out any injury to my car after my incredibly amazing drink. I was almost clear of the drive-thru when my car lurched unexpectedly, diving and dipping like it was on an ocean wave heading to somewhere better. There was a third enormous pothole, sneakily waiting for the unsuspecting and distracted coffee gulping driver. It's been at least a month and all 3 are still there. I feel like they should have names like the coffee drinks if they're going to stick around. I wonder what we should call them? I'm calling the first two "Double Rainbro" and the sneaky one as I leave the...
Read moreI’ll admit it—I’m officially a Dutch Bros fan. Every time I roll up to the drive-thru, I’m greeted with the friendliest baristas who somehow manage to brighten my day before I even take my first sip. The energy at Dutch Bros is just different—it’s fun, upbeat, and makes grabbing coffee feel like an experience, not just an errand.
Now, let’s talk about the drinks. Whether I’m in the mood for a classic Golden Eagle (that creamy vanilla and caramel combo is unbeatable) or something a little extra, like a Rebel Energy Drink, Dutch Bros never disappoints. I love that they have so many options, from iced coffees and blended drinks to teas and lemonades. Plus, they’re super customizable, so I can tweak my order exactly how I want it.
One thing I really appreciate? Their consistency. No matter which location I visit, my drink is always made just right. And the service? Always fast, friendly, and full of good vibes.
If you haven’t tried Dutch Bros yet, do yourself a favor and stop by. It’s more than just coffee—it’s...
