Hate to say it but out of hundreds of Taco Bells I've been to, this location has to be the worst. There's been general employee weirdness for a while now, but last night was an experience that got me to the point of finally leaving a review. For the manager of this store (if there even is one) this experience was Wed October 6th @ 8:40pm. The guy who took our money LITERALLY took our money! We were only owed $0.30 change, but that's not the point. He said, "I'll be right back" and just walked away! When the confused other employees arrived to the first window to ask us to pull forward we explained what just happened and they said, "yeah, that sounds like something he would do". They had us pull forward and gave us our order, except, it wasn't the right order. When we explained this they said can we see your receipt, but we didn't have it because payment guy walked away with it. So we asked for another one and they said, sorry can't reprint a receipt. So they said, here, just take this, and HANDED US A BAG FULL OF HOT SAUCE. So then, when we explained we would actually like the food we ordered, they charged us for it, so whatever, we pay the what they were asking and they give us the food. We get home and guess what... Order was STILL wrong. Unreal...
If there IS a manager that works here, I would like you to know that the female that was on shift this particular night was exceptional at trying to solve the problem that her male degenerates were causing. Perhaps she should be the manager and you should get rid of the rest of the clowns ruing your stores reputation. Just...
Read moreI'm writing in to inform management regarding an employee of your Castle Rock Taco Bell in Colorado. I went to pick up an Uber Eats order at the Taco Bell located at; 217 Metzler, Dr. Castle Rock, Colorado on January 18th at 8:56pm. When I arrived, I saw one employee sitting in a red car with his friend smoking weed. The smell of the weed was horrendous. I took a few photos of the car and employee. When I walked into Taco Bell to get my order, there was absolutely no one in there nor behind the counter. I waited and waited and decided to just grab my own order that was sitting on the counter. I looked around to see if anyone was there so I could tell them I'm picking up an Uber Eats order but no one was there. I walked out and the employee was still sitting in the car with their windows cracked still smoking weed. When you have employees smoking weed and go back to serve the food where they do not use gloves, your customers are in danger of getting a contact high. I looked right at him in the car, and he didn't care and didn't even get out of the car. I waited around the corner of Taco Bell and saw him eventually get out. I then took photos of him. I will include the photos with this complaint. Taco Bell needs to really be careful with their employees. They should be drug tested and wear gloves while prepping the food. Contact highs are just as bad as the smoker who is smoking. That's a lawsuit...
Read moreTypically I choose to eat at the Taco Bell on the south end of Castle Rock, because this one has been disappointing in the past. Yesterday I placed an order at the kiosk for 4 tacos, no Chipotle sauce. After I placed my order I noticed 3 groups of customers ahead of me waiting for their food. A few other groups came in after me, and placed their orders. As always drive-thru is prioritized. Was still waiting 25 minutes for my order, when groups after me was getting theirs. I also noticed another guys up at the counter asking where his order was( him and I ordered about the same time) this isn't why I'm upset or complaining!! The reason I'm mad is while waiting for my order, I clearly noticed the gal in charge was sick. I didn't count how many times she stopped to sneeze, and cough into her sleeve. She was pail, sweating, and kept putting her hand to her forehead. I feel bad for her. Hard to manage, and keep orders flowing when your sick. She even almost made my order wrong , once she started making it... she put the sauce on, she had to start over. Not sure if she was choosing to work sick, or had no choice, due to her not being the actual manager. Either way, i don't plan on returning to this location again...
