My daughter and I love this place. The owner is so nice and really cares about your experience here. ❤️ This was our favorite place 2 years ago and then we had an unfortunate experience a couple times because of an ex employee and decided not to come anymore. I left a really nasty review which probably haunted this place for a full year. We couldn't stop thinking about the drinks though and my daughter convinced me to go back just once. The owner was so happy to see us and just wanted to make it up to us. He remembered us and told us that after reading my review a year ago, he took immediate steps to make sure it never happened again and thanked me for bringing it to has attention... (with my scathing review 😔) I felt so guilty I could cry. I could have just talked to him instead of hurting his business. He just wanted to fix and make it up to us. He actually cares about the drinks that are made and he wants his customers to enjoy them. It's been a while since we started going there again. The owner is literally there all the time with a big smile on his face and is always happy to see us.He remembers what we like. The other employees are great too. The rewards program is great. Go see them, you won't be sorry. I would recommend the new Matcha series if you like matcha. They use a high quality matcha that no one else in town uses. It's AMAZING. The blended Strawberry Coconut with strawberry popping boba is amazing too. Pictured, is the Matcha Fresh Milk with boba and strawberry popping boba made with oat milk. I'm not a coffee person but my daughter is and she loves the coffee drinks here. The milk teas are also delicious. The menu is vast and I really want to try the peach blended tea with ice cream next. Also, their honey jelly is to die for ! It's great in their fruit teas. One last thing... to the owner* I am so very sorry that I didn't just talk to you about the problem and left such a terrible review. 😞 I feel truly awful. This review is only for the two people that worked on Mon. Chubby boy and the girl that made bad face expressions, staring at eachother’s eyes with weird face expression when asked to fix a small issue with the order. The worst thing I saw was the boy putting finger into the drink. He turned around being sneaky and quickly did it making it look normal but i saw his face had big problem so I looked very closely when he got my drink so i saw it and that was very disgusting. He probably thinks that he only put little bit and was quick but I have experience with works like this environment so i looked very closely. Went for the first time today. Drink was great but service was a bummer. Ordered our two drinks online. Sent my teenager in to pick up. They had one drink done about 5 mins later and then it sat there for 15 mins before they told my teen about an ingredient they were out of For the second drink. We left with two drinks about 30 mins after placing the order. I’ll be back because we needed a boba place in CR and the drinks were yummy.
