Del Taco — Restaurant in Cathedral City

UPDATE: Yes I called your location and two of the girls working there weren’t able to help. They put us on hold and started laughing at us saying they don’t want to deal with it and we have to just come in and can’t call, even though the owner just told me to call them… so I did use the link to explain what we heard over the phone.

Sadly we had a messed up order and couldn’t eat dinner. We ordered soft food because both of us can’t consume hard food at the moment, but the messed up our order. They wouldn’t fix it, send us the correct order, or even let us speak to a supervisor. We didn’t get to eat and had to throw most of the food away, they wouldn’t even refund the order, only that they thought they should. I am disappointed in how little they care about their mistakes, I need to take medication with food, we arnt made of money, we can’t just order twice. Can’t believe how unprofessional this was, when I call so say all this they won’t even answer the phone. So here is the zero star review for something that could have been...

First of all, they gave me lukewarm fries and old as well! Second, the chili on my chili cheese fries was barely even warm. It was not at temperature safety temperature! I asked for the manager but a young lady said she was on break so she help me out but she was pretty rude or didn’t know how to respond just to say “ I don’t know what you want me to do ?’ I advised her that she needs to get the chili to temperature but she just kept on saying I don’t know what you want me to do I can remake it for you, but it’s gonna be the same thing so I just asked for a refund. And third I got a del combo burrito, but the meat was barely even warm as well. I did ask if they could remake it and for some reason it was really nice and hot. Great customer service is not being practiced now. In all aspects of the restaurant business not just Del taco but unfortunately I experience this type of service atthis del taco...

This Cathedral City Del Taco Location is particularly one of the top 3 fast food restaurants you must try.

The day store manager at this location is the nicest & most attentive woman you will ever meet, she will go out of her way to guarantee that quality customer service , from greeting you , to taking your order & handing you the tray with your order herself.

I had a spicy chicken burrito combo with the classic chicken burrito & a strawberry shake , my partner had the jalapeño cheese bean & beef nachos .

Burrito was rolled perfectly, tortilla was warm, chicken was warm, rice was condimented,cheese was fresh, plenty of jalapeños, Plenty of cheese, generous portion of beans ,strawberry shake is a plus at this location.
