Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Cathedral City

If I could give this place a zero, I would. Workers are lazy and rude, manager doesn't know how to be professional, everyone is on their phones, and manager lets them do whatever they want, and doesn't know how to put his foot down, but treats the good workers badly. I witnessed him tell all the employees to go, but told one “you’re staying later, right?” You can’t do that. He doesn’t even ask them. He’s such a rude boss. He makes them do who knows what since he doesn't know how paper work is supposed to work or hire new employees. Not a good place. Totally unprofessional. That guy George and that girl Bonnie or whatever, are the worst ones I’ve seen. They are so rude and don’t know what hard work even is. They are always talking about nonsense and always off task. They don’t respect that other people are there, they’re totally rude to customers, and talk about politics, beliefs, cuss, etc. That place should have nobody going since everyone there is a jackass. On Thursday night (01/06/22) I purchased a large pepperoni pizza, waited over 15 minutes for the pizza. I got it and left as I opened the box to take a slice, it was very difficult since it wasn’t even cut, I took a bite and the dough was undercooked my children had taken a slice and didn’t like it. I went to return the box and requested a refund but no refund was issued to me because half the pizza was eaten when only two slices were missing and the third slice was bitten and left in the box. I wasn’t going to put the 2 spit up pizza back into the box, maybe I should have to get my refund. They offered a remake. I never get remakes because it will either come out the same and I fear of staff purposely ruining my remade food. It’s unacceptable that I was given undercooked pizza and no refund was issued. Now I’m sitting in bed with the most horrible stomachache. And now I’m worried my children are feeling the same thing. Service was horrible.. Me and my daughter continuously called for about 20 min and NO ANSWER.. We decided to drive up there since the website said open till 12:00 AM.. When we got there they where cleaning up like if they were going home already we ordered pizza and he rudely said 20 min it will take 20 min .. I said that's fine and he acted like it was a incovience to them that we came and ordered pizza.. Me and my daughter where waiting when a couple came in and ordered pizza and once again he was very rude in his wierd voice 20 mins it will take 20 mins the gentleman said ok and he asked what time are you guys closing he said 12:00 but you could total tell that the guy kinda felt bad cause he thought they were closing like soon because of the way he acted.. They need to hire some mature staff that have good customer service skills.. The pizza was disgusting and looked like they threw it together all crazy... NEVER HAD NASTY PIZZA BEFORE FROM HERE AND NOW I HAVE THEY HAVE GONE...
