Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Cathedral City

Absolutely terrible service. The fact that they had to put our cheese on the side of our sandwich because they're NOT ALLOWED to put it on the burger because we're using a coupon even though we're paying the extra charge is beyond me. You're still charging us the extra but you can't put it on the burger? Because you're not allowed? Am I missing something? I've gone to other Jacks in the valley and have never ever heard of this. Management needs to do an overhaul because the manager here has no idea what she's doing. Laziness at its finest. Avoid this Jack and go to the one in PS, it's worth the drive. They'll give you the extra cheese that you PAY for and they'll even put it on the burger instead of in a box on the side, how nice is that? This has got to be the worst location in the Coachella Valley. I was in this morning around 10am, I asked for an egg and cheese biscuit and a sausage burrito. What I got ended up being a sausage biscuit and a burrito with multiple kinds of meats. When I brought my sandwich to the manager she proceeded to take my sandwich and receipt to the back, I explained to her that I didn't want another sandwich, only then did she throw away the sandwich, it made me wonder if her plan was to just remove the sausage... She pulled $3 out of the register and handed it to me, without my receipt, I'm sure that it was so I would be unable to fill out the survey at the bottom, which I planned to do. There was also a young man with a ladder cleaning the air vents in the dining room over where the customers were eating, unprofessional...

This Jack in the Box is the Worst! It continues to disappoint every SINGLE time. They NEVER get your order right. I have found missing items from the bag and realize multiple times they don't give your receipt. Then tell you the item missing wasn't paid for. Really rude night crew specifically the lady with blue hair. Im fed up with this places inconsistencies. Just today i told the lady that the screen didn't look correct, to please add my jalapeno poppers and fries beacuse i don't see it up there she said DONT WORRY ABOUT IT.WOW.
