I have been coming here for 20 years. The pharmacy use to be really good but these past few years they are slacking BIG TIME. If you need to go to the pharmacy prepare yourself to be waiting 30-60 mins!!!!! i have been going thru drive thru AND walk inside. Both ways expect a HUGE WAIT!!!!! its ridiculous and frustrating. They use the excuse of no staff. That is NOT TRUE. They always have 4-6 people working and they are all in the back acting dumb “filling pills” And there is always ONE person taking care of the store and drive thru. One time this lady working there told the others in the back in spanish “help me there is a huge line of customers. The other girls were just laughing and gossiping and totally ignored her. Today i went to pick up my meds and there were 5 cars outside waiting in drive thru. I ended up going inside because i figured it would be faster inside. I was TOTALLY WRONG. I was in line and there were 4 other people behind me. There was one guy working the drive thru and the inside. The rest?! In the back “preparing pills”. The manager needs to teach them PRIORITZING. They need to know that customer service is First! AFTER u take care of the customer they can always go back into “preparing prescriptions” and “counting pills”. This is ALWAYS the case when i go. Its so frustrating, if they dont do something about it i will have to change my prescriptions somewhere else. I took a picture so u can see all 6 people just standing there....
Read moreI went to pick up prescriptions as said on app ready coming from Loma Linda late this AM. I had waited my turn for each car was about 15 to 40 mins each. Then when I got there told by Lucy 2 were not ready but the rest were ( had over 5). The shift Leader Aaron then asked me of I can swing around, there was a about 5 cars behind me. I proceeded to say for 2 meds I rather wait for them. Then Lucy stomped up to the window to advise me the police were called. I waited for them... they came and left?.. I then went into the store to speak to a manager. Spoke to a shift leader to ask why my prescriptions were not being given to me and being refused if I had not yelled, been rude not disrespectful to anyone, I just refused to wait another 30 mins then swing around a long line again in a drive thru. Then I proceeded to ask if he can get them but he stated the assistant refused to give my meds. Reasons are still unknown to me. Being a customer for several years. I am taking my business else where. Sad how they treat there customers : to refuse their patients prescriptions. If you look at their drive thru there are no signs posted that you have to move around if they can't promise you the prescriptions on their app or the police will be called. No...

My appointment time is 6:00 pm, I have been standing for 1 hour because they only have 3 chairs and there are people already waiting ahead of me so I went and talked to the Pharmacy Technician and told her that I am so Tired of Standing because I am a Senior Citizen, the Lady told me that there are 3 people ahead of me that still waiting So what is the purpose of making an Appointment if You have to wait for 1hour 20 mins.
