I really wanted to like this place after my first visit—service was quick, and the drinks were great quality. So, I decided to give it another shot, but that was a huge mistake. The second time I came in, the service was abysmal. After waiting 15 minutes just to get my order taken, I thought things would pick up, but nope. The WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I don't understand why people are NOT trained properly anymore when it comes to customer service. This place really needs to take a hard look at the people they employ and stop being so desperate to have someone behind the counter that they would allow their employees to walk around with a nasty attitude and disrespectful mouth. Pretty standard boba shop. Some interesting combinations of flavors and the large size drinks are really big. Found boba to be fresh but lacking in sweetness. Regular milk teas or blended slush items. The interior is kind of lacking, seems like the shop was converted from something else.
