Pizzeria Bambino's & Bar — Restaurant in Cathedral City

Arrived at 6:27pm I walked in, and I saw that it was busy. I was only acknowledged by a busser to have us sit anywhere, the place I chose was right next to the window ( curtains was down ) I then decided to move to the bark. Waited patiently because I know how busy it can be. @ 7pm same busser asked if we had been helped yet and said no, we didn’t get acknowledged by our server at all! That busser deserves a raise! We got a pitcher of beer. The busser ended up, taking our order and put it in the system During that whole entire transaction, the server did not come to ask if we needed any other drinks or if we wanted to place an order just no customer service. We ordered the work pizza and the bambino’s cheese fries with the cheese. Fries were alright never got to try the pizza. We were waiting for about an hour for everything for some sort of acknowledgment as someone who serves in this type of industry, the lack of service was just horrible. I looked at the reviews before going and they were all really good and that’s why I chose this place And by looking at the replies from the owner, it just looks like they don’t care, but they should care about their employees and train them on customer...

Was really excited to try this place, I called and ordered a medium pizza and antipasto salad for carry out, when I arrived I noticed a sign about there deal that was a large pizza that was cheaper than the medium I ordered, when I arrived I said hey why didn't you offer me that deal he said huh what do you mean, I clearly was not going to get anywhere with him, so I left with my order and brushed it off, only to find my antipasto salad was not fresh, I called to complain and request a refund, the manager assured me the salads are made fresh daily, he apologized and told me next time I go I would get a free antipasto salad, he took my name and told me whenever I want my salad to come in, today I happened to want that salad and called to make sure they knew I was going, and the staff talked to me like if I was some begger trying to get free food, they didn't know who I was, the manager never wrote my name down, and I feel that is not good customer service, I Will never go there again, and anyone who ever asks me about this place will get that story from me....

Hi, I came in as a first time customer after taking my 4 year old son to the Zebra indoor playground a few doors down. I called ahead to order our pizza for carry out.

Everything was fine. I paid for my XL pizza and my son’s soda he ordered and put a tip in the tip jar. My pizza and the soda was $40 plus the cash tip. Then, my son asked me if we can sit down to eat a slice of the already paid for pizza. Honestly, I thought it was just a courtesy to ask the two young boys that worked there at the counter before I go take a seat with our to go box at a table. However, the one that didn’t cashier asked the one that rang me up and observed me tipping him and he said “no.” My son said aloud “why can’t we eat here mommy and they can eat their pizza here?” I admit I agree with my son and do not understand why a paying customer is rejected a seat at a table with no...
