We wanted to order and have it delivered to our vacation condo. There isn't anything listed on their website of what service they use. I called the number and it went right to voicemail, and it said it wasn't set up. I did check the number I dialed and and it was the number in their site. We ordered four dinners to go online with their the Saas they use Toast. We had to specify level of spiciness in the notes of each entree. The app stated it would be ready at 5:25. Read moreHad a great time. I was looking for a bar/restaurant to watch Monday nights game. I walked by and saw they had the game on their TVs. Got greeted at the host stand by a girl who pleasantly told me she would be with me shortly. After that a gentleman came and asked me if I've been helped, and I let him know a girl told me she would help me soon. Then the gentleman sat the 4 people that were waiting behind me. I thought this was odd but I figured maybe he misunderstood me, no big deal. The girl came back and sat me outside. The gentleman came by my table and started apologizing. He thought I was ordering to go since the girl was helping me and she's responsible for taking to go orders. It really wasn't a big deal but I really appreciated how much he cared and apologized for his oversight. Lots of restaurant servers will never apologize when they make a mistake, so that goes a long way. I ordered Cashew Chicken and a Thai beer. Portions were great, food was delicious and beer was nice and cold. Service was quick and thorough. I'd...
Read moreA truly memorable visit and I highly recommend Desert Thai Authentic Thai Cuisine ! We live in Palm Springs so we are local and this will be one of many visits to our new wondrous simple discovery, a casual NEW Thai dining experience with an edge. Our visit was on the 2nd day of the restaurant opening. This is family owned and operated and trust me , the kindest people you will ever meet, the service is perfect , attentive, always positive and generous with whatever your needs might be The food was wonderful, very unique Thai experience with a bonus, not only does the chef bring a vast experience in Thai cuisine but the mom is a pastry specialist and she makes a Creme Brulee that is so good ( and we have lived in Europe and have been all over the world ) it rivals the best that homemade French patisserie might offer. Nanfer ( the son ) is a gentleman and his customer relations attributes diplomacy and tact are commendable ! Go now before the has a line out the door, a new discovery and well...
