Came here on sat 6/11/22.. waited in the drive thru line for about 15 minutes cars weren't moving so I go inside there's 2 ladies working ... they both see don't say hello or anything... about 10 minutes go by finally one of them says you have to order the food from the kiosk.. SMH ... so I do it .. now I'm waiting like 15 minutes and my food still isn't ready i only ordered a number 2... .. as I'm looking at the lady whose prepping the food I notice she's touching bacon and everything in the back ... and not changing her gloves ewwww .. at this point I demand a refund and they she says she can't.... I walked out called Corp filed a complaint against this BK ... today I come back more calm I ask for the manager and it's the same lady who was touching pork products (bacon).. and everything else .. I told her I called Corp and they advised me to come back and speak to the manager and get a refund this time she gives me my money back AND then she brings up the issue about the gloves I told her that's soo disgusting.. and she advised me she never changes her gloves and in fact even asked the other employees if they change there gloves and they said they don't EWWWWW YUCK!!!!@ I DONT EAT PORK AND FOR HER TO SAY THEY NEVER CHANGE THER3 GLOVES THATS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING STOP EATING FROM THIS BK think my next call will be to the town health inspection place...
Read moreI entered the restaurant to pick up a uber eats order and stood in line while I watched an older Caucasian lady that was working the dining room cash register slam customer's cups down on the counter because she was angry that the walked away. Then she was harshly slinging food as she was preparing orders. She later looked at me and asked me was I picking up a delivery order So I asked her if she was speaking to me because their was a gentleman in line ahead of me and she said yes so I asked her why was she so nasty with an attitude and she said she's not she was just upset because the other customers walked away while she was giving them their cups. She needs customer service training asap. I've never experienced that type of behavior and I've been personally going there for years because I live in the subdivision down the street. All the other employees seem to be pleasant with good customer service skills but that lady should be held accountable for her actions on 2/10/2024 at 1230pm. Read moreI never post any reviews on Google, however, I had one of the worst customer service experiences. I have worked in customer service for 5 years and have never attended customers like this. From the moment we walked in, you could feel the hostility towards my family. She is an older Caucasian woman. Did not act like she did with another Caucasian customer but towards us she was very hostile. Called out the number 47 when our number was 48. I checked with my family to see what number was called and she had said 47. My sister had asked for medium fries not small, so when she called small and medium fries, I didn’t think it was our order. She put out food on the side. She later called number 47 and it was a different order. When asked who’s food was sitting there, she pointed at us. If she knew who’s food it was, why let it sit there? Didn’t say anything to refrain from making a scene. Overall this felt hostile and racist. I have gone hear before and haven’t had this type of interaction. I usually go through drive thru and have great experience, but decided to go inside to order and regret going...
