Bate and Switch! Be aware that the price in the Pizza Hut application is different than what they charge in the store. On 03/08/2024, I called the store and order three large pizzas. They were a 1 toping stuffed crust, a 3 toping hand tossed and a meat lovers hand tossed. I was told they were out of stuffed crust and would have to select a different crust. I asked them in lieu of the stuffed crust if I could just get extra cheese then. They agreed. The Pizza Hut application listed that pizza for $12.99. When I got to the store I was charged $16.99. The price for the large meat lovers pizza is listed in the Pizza Hut application at $13.99. Again I had to pay more than the listed price. They charged me $17.49. The only pizza with the correct price was the large 3 toping at $11.99. I was over charged $7.50. I asked the manager at the store to remedy the situation and he told me that he had no way of doing that. He stated "The application is a third party software and they [Pizza Hut] does not control what they do. This is a complete failure by Pizza Hut. I asked for the district manager's phone number and the manager on duty was not able to provide it. This is a complete failure of the store owner, when he did not train and prepare his employees for a situation like this. I left my phone number with the manager on duty and the store owner called me about 10 minutes later. I explained the situation to him and he told me he was on his way to the store and would call me back in 45 minutes. After 2 hours had passed I called the store owner's phone but was unable to speak with him and left a message. I have not heard from him since and it has been 4 days. I called the store today to get the store owners name before writing this review only to have the manager not give me his name and then hang up on me when I told her she was not prepared to handle the situation properly. Once again the store owner has failed to prepared his employees to handle the responsibility they have been given.
Regardless of how I order my pizza whether through an application, over the phone, or in person. I should expect to pay the same price! Pizza Hut advertises their special prices through the application and then charges a different price at the store. It is...

Now, they don't run the store the way corporate has their store hours shown as, Nor is carry out avail on most days on the 2nd shift without any sign on the door and without any answer at the phones to be decent enough to let a customer know they aren't accepting carryout orders or pick up, staff is rude, minimal efforts to perform their job right, and the only real workers willing to work, are the delivery drivers considering Delivery orders made online is just about the only option to getting an order placed and received, as well as delivered by friendly staff you can't get friendly service from anybody in the store anymore lately. Read moreI wish they had a button for zero stars. This is absolutely the worst Pizza Hut I have encountered. I placed an order at 3:45 for delivery and by 4:45 still no delivery. I called to inquire about my ordered and was informed that they had no delivery driver and 1 had just shown up and my order would be delivered soon. So I am asking a bunch of questions because that means my pizza was made and sat for an hour and that is the pizza you are trying to deliver. I’m upset at this point because why take a delivery order with no driver.
