Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Cayce

I have tried repeatedly to give this store a chance to shape up but it looks like they need to ship out! I do not buy much pizza but when i do, I expect it to be good. Unfortunately this is not the case for this particular store. I live 6 minutes from this store and by the time we get home it is cold and the crust is as hard as a rock. Not only that but last month it was EXACTLY the same as this month only this month i paid $9.63 for a 3 meat pizza that barely had any toppings on it and was cold and as hard as rock! I wished they would allow me to put a picture on here for others to observe....it is really sad to take hard working people's money only for them to have to throw almost $10 worth of pizza to the woods where even the feral cats won't eat it because it is so hard! Absolutely pathetic! To the owner of this FRANCHISE get some better help and quit being so greedy that you cannot cover the pizza with toppings. I have pictures and can show that 3 pieces had no toppings....really...?? If I wanted a Hot And Ready Pepperoni I could have paid $4 and 35 cent less but I asked for a 3 meat pizza that only had a few pieces of toppings on it. Let me know when it changes and I will be back...PS this is my 4th and last time of going until there are...

We order from here all the time. Normally the food is great. However… I’m not sure what has changed. We spent $60.00 on our order, and none of our pizza tasted as it normally does. The sauce tasted like jarred spaghetti sauce, not even pizza sauce. The marinara tasted like it had soured and had a slight pungent smell. My 9 year old, 2 year old, and 1 year old all ate the food here, and my 9 year old, along with my husband freaked out because something spicy was on their cheese pizza. We don’t order spicy food because of our kids. So.. this really was a shock to me. My 9 year old nearly cried. I’m not sure if someone accidentally spilled jalapeño juice or something on our pizza, but it’s kinda sad that this has happened. Please make sure your employees are paying attention. Luckily no one in my house was bothered long-term with this issue. But it absolutely needs to be addressed. We love our little Caesar’s, so this is very disheartening to have to put this...

I waited after 3 bad experiences to leave this place a review. I'll say this: the food is great. Only thing you have to worry about is most of the time they won't slice the pizza correctly. I can live with that. What makes me angry is that if you place an online order (fastest way to make an order at this location FYI) you need to walk in and pay attention to what is going on behind the counter. More than half the time they don't put your order in the pickup kiosk. If you ask them, they will say it's not ready yet. 10 times out of 10 it is sitting in their warming drawer. If you don't ask them to look there, you will be waiting all night. Food is good. Management is horrible.
