If I could leave a Zero I would! I don't normally complain about customer service because I understand there are a lot of fast food places that are understaffed, the employees are stressed and the service will be slow. However, to be yelled at, disrespected and basically told that they weren't aware that we were out there at the drive-through is unacceptable. When we arrived right at 5pm there was a older gentleman on foot with a cane at the drive through attempting to place an order. He had been looking at the menu for quite awhile and was trying get a reply at the intercom so he could place his order. After waiting another 5 minutes or so I finally pulled up next to him at the intercom and asked if he needed any assistance. He told me he had just told his Uber driver to come back later, not realizing at the time that inside dining was closed. That's why he was in the drive-through line. Since no one had answered him for at least 5 minutes or more I wasn't sure if the entire restaurant was closed or not. There were a few cars in the parking lot. We both said "Hello" several times trying to get a reply at the speaker to no avail. I finally just drove around to the pick up window as he walked over to see if there was anyone working. We saw no one through the closed window but eventually someone came to the register so we tried calling out to ask if they were open with no reply. We thought perhaps she hadn't heard us so we asked again with no response. Finally another lady came toward the window but didn't open it so both he and I continued to try to get someone's attention. We really didn't know what was going on at that point. She finally jerked the window open and I told her we weren't sure if they were open because we had probably been out there 20 minutes attempting to place an order without any response on the intercom. She immediately got an attitude and went off the deep end, yelling that there was no way we had been there 20 minutes. She began gesturing wildly, snatching off her headset and saying her headset would have given her a signal if someone was there. I knew I had been there at least 10 mins not counting how long the man had been standing there in 90 degree weather trying to order. (I have a big pickup truck and I can't imagine that their system wouldn't recognize that there was a vehicle there at the intercom or hear us trying to get help.) Not once did she offer any apology for the length of time we waited but immediately lit in on us. I started to ask for the manager because she was so utterly rude but then noticed that she WAS the manager. The situation was escalating so we told her to please just take our order. She walked off then the other girl at the register, who was quite nice, finally took the gentleman's order along with mine. We were told to pull up then we waited another 10 minutes or so for the orders to be brought out. In the meantime, the two vehicles that had been waiting behind me had pulled out and drove off without ordering. There was absolutely no excuse for the ugly treatment both the elderly gentleman and myself received today from the management. You lost 3 customers in 30 minutes...the two behind me who left and myself. I will never return to this...
Read moreI rarely go to this location but I was on that side of town. I had picked my dog up from playing with a friend and she was very hot and thirsty so I went there and ordered a large tea and a side of fried calm strip for myself and a told the lady, "medium cup of water with just a little bit of ice because it's for my dog." She said, "I will have to charge you for the cup." I told her, "that's fine, I don't care what it costs, my dog is really hot." So she tells me my order is $5 something then immediately corrected herself to say it was $8 something. I thought that was a bit high for a $3 snack and $2 tea and wondered how much she had charged for that cup. I knew I had told her it didn't matter the cost but what made me question was because she gave a lower price to begin with then changed it so when I questioned if her total was right she said yes and ran down the charges $2.39 for my tea, $2.99 clams, and $2.19 for the water. When I asked if that was right $2.19 just for a cup, she said, "You said you didn't care what it cost. I told you i had to charge you for the cup." Well she was right about that. I did say that. Doesn't mean I like it. But what really made me mad was I specifically stated "only a little ice because it's for my dog; she's extremely hot." I pulled into a parking spot after paying and took the lid off the cup of water and it was loaded in ice. My dog couldn't drink it because there was so much ice. So I had to scoop all that ice out of the cup, leaving only 1/2 cup of water for my big dog to try to get her head down into the cup far enough to get some water. THAT'S the part that really made me mad. The location on Bush River Rd would never do...
Read moreJune 21,2025 The honest to God WORST place to go for both food and service. After being asked to pull up from the drive-through window to the front side of the restaurant for an already previously placed online order the wait continued for an additional 24 minutes. Subsequently I was finally brought out “my” order which turned out to be the wrong order belonging to someone else 🙄. Then after sitting and waiting an additional six minutes I was brought out my order only to look in my bag and discover that it was prepared incorrectly 🤦🏻♀️. I received french fries instead of the baked potato and three chicken fingers in place of an order of fried shrimp. In my exhaustion, I had only noticed the omission of my baked potato at the time (suffice it to state that I had become exhausted while waiting) and went through the drive-through AGAIN to receive my already paid for *baked potato. I didn’t realize until I got home that I didn’t receive my order of shrimp. * the baked potato given me was cold and severely undercooked
Do NOT go to this location!!! Horrible just horrible (in every respect)!!!
Important Note: Other than myself only 1 other car in drive thru...
