(Rule #1 Watch out for Allison, far from being good in customer service and employee relations at all,she is the kind of lower grade shift manager/shift lead that thinks she is the store manager, and that is not the worst part, apart from clearly being rude to customers as described on other reviews, her 12 year old son visited the store once and she put an arbys tshirt on him and told him to clean tables for food, not only is this illegal for age restricted by law and permit reasons but it is down right irresponsible and if the manager was not notified of this its probably because the employees fear her for her threats and dissrespectful remarks.) Other than that,The food is good but too many flies and take way too long on food because management think is a good idea to start making the food when the customers order it wich can be a good thing except they do it to drive thru customers and even in rush hour wich gets very hectic, another thing is watch out for particles in your drinks, for some reason there is always little black dots or something in the drinks,i would suggest getting a light colored dring so you can actually see what you are drinking.I worked there and was unfairly let go,they are so out of it that they changed the schedule on my days off and didint notify me that they changed it and set up a trap so that when i went back in to work i got let go for a no call no show on a day i was not notified in any way to come to work.Horrible Job,the food is good but i wouldint recomend workimg...
Read moreWe were there in late October, and the food was great, and the service was even greater. They were very friendly and and cheerful which is hard to find now days. You could tell the staff was trained on how to be courteous. The icing on the cake was that I had accidentally left my purse there on our way home from Mesquite. The people here were amazing!!!! They went as far as calling the sheriff's office in my home town, (which is 7hrs or more away) to track me down. Shanna went as far as to send me my purse in the mail. I told her to take money out of the front of the purse to mail it. I am not sure exactly how much was in there, however I really do not think she took a dime. When I got it in the mail my $100 bills were still there!!! I can't say enough for those who were involved in returning it. They are the most honest, wonderful people ever, and it is appreciated more than they will ever know!!!! THANK YOU!!!!! It makes me have hope that there are still honest and amazing people out there now days. This is my stop every year now on our way back...
Read moreManagement was all over the place, everyone who seemed to know what to do didn’t want to do it and just liked to boss this poor kid up front around. Felt so bad for the kid, everyone around him kept letting customers know it was his first time on the register instead of just helping him out. I saw many times employees just sitting around laying on tables staring into space. The rudeness and laziness of this store is far worse than i’ve ever seen from an Arbys. I understand that food buisness is hard, i’m a GM at a dominos in salt lake so needless to say it’s busy there too. But to come off rude and impolite to customers is something that will never fly with me, especially if it’s uncalled for
Edit: After reading the reviews i noticed every single one was followed the the same copy and pasted text directing you to an arby’s website. I find this to be ridiculous. If you can’t respond to your customers and avoid online feedback how are you supposed to improve...
