Had the worst experience ever last night. Tierra was the drive thru cashier who "helped" me in a very empty drive thru. I usually stop in at least once a week if not more. I'm also a member of their "hoky" text message coupon club. Worst customer service experience by far, as a cab driver, angered my passenger who the food was for. My passenger was elderly and hankering for KFC, of which she lives in Fillmore Utah where there isn't one. It was about 9pm at night, went through the drive through to order her food before dropping her off in Fillmore. The girl Tierra was so incredibly rude, saying it was 20 minutes for any thigh, then she back peddled and said I have 2 grilled ones available. My passenger wanted a promo shake that I had a text coupon for, of which my passenger is elderly, on a fixed income and spent the previous 7 hours in the ER in St George from a Dr's office directive to take her there. She hadn't eaten all day. I got to the drive thru window and was greeted by an immature brat of a clerk who was all of 17, not having hard times in her life and acting like it was my problem I had a coupon that expired the next day. She said she was the manager tonight and didn't want me to speak to anyone else, making "her mark" for shoo in management material. My passenger was incredibly offended and so was I, even as it escalated at the window and saw my passenger's reaction to the "customer service" and treatment we we getting, we left without even getting food. I have left a corporate complaint against this fast food restaurant, it's one thing to insult me, but to insult my passenger by not helping me get her something to eat and acting incredibly rude. I worked an 18 hour day that day, driving almost 600 miles, running my elderly passenger to and from Dr's office to ER, and back home. I've had other bad experiences that were usually dealt with alot more care and kindness or at least didn't insult me. I've had it with this establishment and will take my business elsewhere, including my cab customers. You lost a permanent customer with one nit wit who assumed the role of something she was incapable of doing and in the process created a firestorm of negative response, both from myself and my passenger. If I could give you a 0 star rating, I would. Since contacting corporate office for a complaint this morning, still haven't heard anything back from anyone, management wise or anyone for that matter. Called the store and was disregarded the same, saying "I'm not the manager, but all I have is corporate's number", no care, no nothing. Just making note of the length of time before someone actually reaches out to resolve this issue. In respect to your business and in general, I'm not looking for a "freebie", my respect and exchange of attitudes last night warrant a higher consideration than a "Joe blow" who's aiming for a free meal. Read moreNormally, I do not feel inclined to leave reviews. However, after the several bad experiences I have had at this establishment, I feel that one is needed. I have had three bad experiences here, all of which happened from 1 and a half hours to 30 minutes from closing time. In the most recent, I arrived at the drive through 30 minutes prior to closing. After driving up to order, a woman very rudely informed me that they were not taking anymore orders and already took the last order for the night. I inquired KINDLY about this, as it was a good 30 minutes before they were supposed to be closing. The woman again, with a very disrespectful and rude tone said, "No. We're not." She did not say anything else, or apologized for the inconvenience, nor did she wish me a good night. I have worked in customer service before, and I know for a fact that it can be hard at times, which is why I always make an effort to be kind and courteous to employees. This woman was very rude for no reason and her customer service was absolutely terrible.
On two previous occasions, a friend and I were ordering food, only to be told by the SAME woman that it would be a VERY long wait for the chicken tenders, and seemed to be trying to convince us to order something that would take less time. I informed her that we did not mind the wait at all, and to kindly proceed with the order. After pulling up to the window, a nice young man informed me (after having just talking with the woman I believe) that it would be a VERY long wait for the chicken tenders, as they had cleaned out their frier for the night. I thought this was strange as again, it was about 40 minutes from their closing time. I told them again, that we did not mind the wait. This happened on a separate occasion, but with biscuits as the same woman stepped in on the intercom to tell me that it would be a LONG wait for those. In all of these instances, it seemed as though they were trying to convince me to order something else, because it was a hassle for them to do so. Overall, awful experiences. This is the worst sandwhich I’ve had there. The last few times I’ve been, the chicken has been overdone and a little dry but not burnt to a crisp like this. Please KFC, get better! You used to rock and now you don’t. Just passing through and thought we'd like some KFC. Going to get to the point. Going to KFC for chicken and you don't have it is unacceptable. Your whole business is geared around making and delivering to customers Chicken! Ended up paying for my order only to find out they were out of it. They have issues with the people that work there. Not trained properly, and truthfully can't understand how to handle a situation. Very slow. Refused to give me a whole order of crispy because they had to cook it but still made me wait nearly 15 minutes for my food at the drive up. Did not include napkins, plates, or sporks with the meal on last visit from here either. After waiting in the drive through line for 20 minutes, was told they were out of chicken. Then waited another 30 minutes just to get the food I hadn't intended. I don't understand why it took almost an hour. Awful Normally, I do not feel inclined to leave reviews.
