UPDATE* I’m changing my 1 star review to a 4 star review. Because the General Manager of the pizza factory reached out to me within 1-2 hours of my review. He was able to find me on Facebook. I was impressed at how quickly after reading our experience he contacted me and apologized. He wanted to make things right and we had a good conversation. Thanks again for reaching out. We are looking forward to a better experience next time! My family and I have been going to The Pizza Factory for years. Never had a problem, until Monday night. Ordered my favorite Alfredo pasta….got it COLD. The Alfredo was cold, the pasta was cold…not warm…COLD. It also tasted old. Like someone popped open a can of old Alfredo. One of the teenagers working came over to bring my kids the rest of their food, (I don’t like telling people to take back my plate…but this was bad) I kindly told her my food was cold. I also told her in the nicest way that it didn’t taste good either. She then told me if I wanted them to re-heat it and put it in a to go box…..when I had just said it didn’t taste good. I kindly told her, no thank you. It’s not good. She just said, “oh ok. Sorry”…..that’s it. My husbands food was also gross. He ordered spaghetti.
Meanwhile all the teenagers in the back were laughing and the girls at the front were chit chatting with them. Not one person came over to talk to us after having received a plate of food back. We left very dissatisfied with the food and service. Will not be going back again…….for a loooooooong time.
Oh and I’m sure the owner won’t respond to this. They only reply to the good reviews and never reaches out to the bad ones.
A nice family restaurant ran by teenagers in the kitchen that clearly don’t know...
Read moreOn Saturday, June 4th, at about 6:15, I called in a to-go order for three people. I ordered a couple of calzones with side salads, and a chicken alfredo dinner. Every time I've eaten at this establishment, I have ordered the same thing - the chicken alfredo. I know to ask for a side of alfredo sauce because the order has always come with too little sauce to begin with. Anyway, since I know the establishment has just gone through a renovation, I was hoping the customer service had also gone through improvement. Apparently not so much. The female who answered the phone seemed confused and kept apologizing for having me repeat my order several times. She said the computer wasn't working properly, then she said the phone was shorting out. Finally she said she had to put me on hold. Then I was disconnected. I called back and a male answered - he turned me over to the female again and we got the order straight - she read it back to me. Then she told me it would be 40 MINUTES! And that was our pickup time (they weren't bringing it to us). When the meals arrived home, I didn't have the extra alfredo sauce and, of course, my pasta was dry. Plus, the breadstick was burned black - AGAIN. On the other hand, the guys said their calzones were good, so I'm giving two stars. MEH! Come on guys, you used...
Read moreWow so ummmmmm firstly they got our order completely wrong and the chicken they tried to serve on the pizza was extremely dry, they told us they could do fried chicken but took them probably us asking five times to clarify they don’t serve fried chicken on pizza although the person taking my order said they could do it… no big deal it is what it is they offered another pizza so that was nice… got the second pizza, the toppings were under the cheese? I have 0 idea what that’s about maybe it’s a Utah thing but that makes 0 sense.. pizza was average I’m not sure the taste difference between other pizza places around here but wow, also lol they don’t serve two liters? I asked for a two liter root beer and they said yes and then gave me a fountain drink, i asked about the two liter and they said they don’t have them? I don’t know how they expect to cater places with fountain drinks but maybe I’m missing something …. Definitely interesting experience. Extra large pizza with two dressings, a “whale” sandwhich, and a fountain root beer came up to approximately $41 and for me personally was not worth it, i feel like a Karen writing this but I’m just so...
