In early May 2020, I was traveling alone from Arizona to Washington state. While at a rest stop I happened to notice a piece of plastic under my car that appeared to be coming unattached. I called my husband and he suggested I stop at an auto mechanics as soon as I could. I was very near Cedar City, UT, and googled auto mechanics. I liked that Nosso sounded like a small family owned business rather than a large conglomerate, so I stopped there. The service that I received there was unbelievable! The mechanic there went outside with me immediately and looked at my car. He showed me what was going on, and explained that he thought it only needed a screw or two. He immediately went into the shop, got what he needed to fix my car, and fixed my car. I asked him what I owed him for the service, and he said nothing. I was shocked as I was perfectly willing to pay for his time and service. This kind of service is very rare in this day and age. It can be intimidating when a woman traveling alone has car problems, and this shop made me feel comfortable and at ease immediately. I found out about Nosso when I returned a U-Haul truck moving into town late this summer. Michael offered me a $50 dollar off coupon after returning the truck. I purchased a used vehicle that has had some issues and they have been a pleasure to work with. Michael, Debbie, Bradley, and all the people I have talked with there have been super nice and helpful. My car broke down Friday night in the freeway 1/2 mile from our exit in cedar city. We chose Nosso Auto because they were open on Saturday and more importantly their reviews. Johnny was the tech that worked on my car and got it done for me later Saturday afternoon. It ended up being my fuel pump and I was happy they didn’t break the bank and we’re fast. On another note, Johnny called me later that night and wanted to stop by where we were staying to make sure he tightened a clamp.
