We have used them multiple times for issues on our variety of laptops & desktops in our household & business. We refer extended family & friends to use them as well. The staff is very knowledgeable and even provide professional advice to maintain/update your software and hardware plus provide a virus protection software at a very reasonable cost. They keep up with current market technology. An example our new laptop with touchscreen was a simple fix for them. Our touchscreen sensor broke making it nearly impossible to work on the laptop without it selecting programs, opening/shutting programs, or jumping the cursor around to other areas on the screen. Not only did they easily diagnose the issue we were having with the touch screen, the staff gave us two options, we could replace the screen or disable the touchscreen. They could have easily sold us the most expensive option and we would have been none the wiser. The staff explained both options giving us true freedom to decide what was best for our business needs. We selected to just disable it not because of the cost but the time frame we needed it fixed. He even took the extra time to teach me how to disable it myself for later reference. This company’s staff have always been of great character when interacting with us. We will continue to use them for any future computer needs. The staff can also help you with understanding technology, equipment, and recommendations not just on computers but other devices/equipment to keep up to date with you or a company need. He went through my pc for a full check and made shur the specs that I have im my oc where optimized for what i had, cables where mannaged, and i had max airflow.
When I had gotten home my pc had another error(i turned on the pc in store and it worked) that had just popped up. I had emailed the company and got a response first thing when they opened and Riley was very open to emailing me and came to my house that same day to look at my setup and get my issues all sorted out not matter how many times he had to go out of his way to beable to get to the end result. Get a call the next day saying “it’s motherboard damage, there’s nothing to be done.” Expected that might be a possibility. Get back to the store to pick up the laptop, they pass it to me with screws literally falling out onto the counter. No paperwork, no check out process. I had to ask to get the cord back. He just stood and asked, “did you pay the deposit?” I responded yes. “Ok then your all set.” I asked $50 for just a look? He responded, “yeah that’s our consultation fee.” Would have been nice to know when I dropped it off.
