I went there on 22 March for the Journey Together Pre-release approximately 20 minutes before the event began. When I asked about getting a spot, the employee told me that all their allocations were met but that there were 2 no shows at the moment and that I could have the 2nd no show spot if the person did not arrive. About 5 minutes before the 1300 start time, I asked again and the same employee told me that he was attempting to contact them to see if they were coming - which was odd because I called them about a week prior to confirm if we could reserve a spot and they told me it was "first come first serve." While I'm waiting, I peruse their singles on their website near the desk where I previously spoke to the employee and then walks in another customer. The customer asks if theres any pre-release spots and the employee tells them that there are and charges them the $30 for the spot and the build-n-battle box. At this point, I am livid so I leave.
