I ordered online .. when I arrived to get my food I made it to my car to ensure my order was correct .. However it was not… they did not add my additional cheese that I paid for they added a pickle which I requested not to have as I am allergic to.. Kenny refused to make my sandwich over & was very rude… I asked for a refund but I did not have my card on me as I ordered online … so I asked them to remake it the photos are the remake after they still not not make it correctly.. The girl at the register caught attitude telling me that I can’t ask them to doing something that I didn’t put on my request.. Keep in mind I ordered online and it had everything I requested I want in my sandwich… At this point Kenny Rogers who says was the manager refused to give me my money back and was talking under his breath say oh she still talking she needs to leave I’m not making the sandwich over or give money back … He needs not to be a manger in customer service at all as he doesn’t know how to handle customers .. I was not rude nor did I cuss at him… Now had I acted my color the way that they expected then I would have been the problem… I need a resolution to this issue… This is not good customer service at all… An I am so disappointed as this was my 3rd time there because firehouse subs was highly recommended… I asked for the managers name for Kenny and he told me he didn’t know & the young girl at the register wouldn’t give me her name.. The staff was very rude & if this is how the establishment is ran & allow this type of behavior/work ethics I will no longer visit...
Read morePSA: CHECK YOUR SANDWHICH BEFORE YOU LEAVE! My wife and I had issues with this location before and it was like 2years ago. We were in the area so decided to try them again even though last time it was deplorable. Surely they got better! NOPE! It took nearly 20 mins to get 1 sandwich and when it came out it wasn't completely filled with meat. We shared a large and one half had full meat while the other side was only filled like 25%. I should have taken a picture and posted it but we were pissed and got a refund and left. Never again! The people that they hire here must be the most incompetent leftover people that everyone else wouldn't take. Maybe their racist. I don't know what it is but they suck! A little cherry on top to was while I was waiting to order there was a interview happening at a nearby table and the employee was cursing during the interview! REALLY!? I don't see how this place is a 4.2 stars. Maybe CERTAIN types of people are getting a full sandwich and service while others get the shaft. Never again for not only this location but...

I placed an order through Uber eats which took over an hour to get delivered to me, paid $40 dollars for Mac and cheese and two sandwiches. Of course it’s not their fault Uber can’t provide a driver, even though Uber couldn’t help me this establishment was perfectly fine with me receiving cold “hot” sandwiches all I asked was if the order could be remade but was basically told that it’s not their problem since they made the order as soon as it was placed at 5:30pm and was received by me after 6:40PM. No help at all the manager wouldn’t even answer or go to the phone instead it was the cashiers/cooks picking up instead. The guy answering the phone verified the order was ready minutes after it was placed. I get it’s not their problem but they don’t even try to be helpful. Edit: Had to microwave the food after we got it, and as far as getting any sort of refund back with Uber.. the food not being at the right temperature isn’t a good enough reason for them.
