Crumbl — Restaurant in Cedar Hill

This was THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! Im from out of town and decides to drive 15 mins away for cookie crumble employees to treat me like I was invisible. After standing there for about 5 mins no one greeted me or came and said ANYTHING TO ME. I finally said excuse me to the 3 ladies that were there working. I asked them am I invisible or what? I been standing here NO ONE GREETED ME OR WALKED OVER AND SAID ANYTHING TO ME. One employee says to me “it’s because your on the phone”. I asked her “what does that have to do wit you at least greeting me or saying ma’am let us know when you’re off the phone so we can get your order”. I also said to her that “if this is the policy I don’t see any sign that says if you’re on your phone no service”. They keep me waiting there for about 5 more minutes until I decide to just order online as I stood there. I said excuse me for the 3rd time to get service for my order online. The employees were RUDE and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! They all stood around cleaning and laughing to each about them not serving me I'm guessing because I didn’t find ANYTHING FUNNY ABOUT THIS SITUATION. I have been a loyal customer for quite some time, but I had refrained from indulging in crumble cookies for months due to my diet. However, today was my cheat day, and I couldn't resist the temptation. With great anticipation, I placed an order for two 4-pack boxes of cookies, one of which was intended as a surprise gift for a dear person. Unfortunately, my excitement quickly turned into disappointment as I discovered that the cookies were dry, unusually hard, and tasted stale. Hoping for a better outcome, I opened the second box, only to find the same disappointing quality. Frustrated, I decided to contact the bakery to express my concerns. They were kind enough to replace the cookies, but it was an inconvenience for me as I had to waste time and gas. I couldn't help but wonder why they were selling old cookies in the first place. Considering the inconvenience I faced, I believe I should have been accommodated in some way, but unfortunately, that was not the case. I recently tried two mini packs of Crumbl Cookies, and overall, it was a tasty experience! The cookies were soft, fresh, and packed with flavor exactly what I expected from Crumbl.

What I Loved: Cookie Variety: The mini packs let me sample multiple flavors without committing to full-sized cookies—perfect for indecisive sweet tooth's like me! Texture & Freshness: The cookies had that signature Crumbl softness with just the right amount of chewiness. Standout Flavor: The Chocolate Chip was incredible—rich, buttery, and perfectly sweet.

Room for Improvement: Size vs. Price: While convenient, the mini cookies felt a “little” pricey for the portion size. Flavor Consistency: One of the flavors (strawberry cheesecake) was a bit too sweet/overpowering for my taste, but that’s just personal preference!
