Ok so I was reading the comments and I'm just thinking or this people is family of the owner or they are in a different place, because we just ate there about 10 min ago and just let me tell you NEVER COMING BACK, first the place is TINY and they have the tables and chairs all close to each other,it's kind of self service because when your food is ready you must pick up because they handle it to you so if you are eating already be prepare to get up to pick up the rest of your food, the chips are old and cold and the salsa is watery and cold as well,ok about the food,my husband order some tacos they were decent,I order a Plato tipico that brought:one tamal that was more dough than meat and small,3 small pieces of fried yucas,3 small pieces of fried plantain,2 small pieces of fried pork that was old because it taste like and the meat was dark brown, 2 small containers of cream and beans that they were so liquid that looked more than soup than refried beans, the soup that I bought for my daughter it has a HAIR,LONG STRAIGHT HAIR,I showed up to the girl and at least she had the courtesy to return the money of the soup, the soup was caldo de res and the meat of the res was more grease than nothing, the only thing that I liked was the agua de piña,the drink, and finally people says inexpensive no ma'am it cost us 50$ eating here so no sir is very expensive for the quality of the food, service and hygiene of the place, just take in consideration that if I took all this time to write a review believe me that my experience wasn't pleasant at all. If I can give no star I truly would I feel robed...
Read moreSo disappointing and so OVERPRICED! The elote was so chewy and over cooked, it must have been sitting on heat for hours! TIP: When the corn gets dark yellow, almost orange and wrinkled...don't serve it to your customers! And the charro beans taste like cilantro flavored bean water, no flavor and the tacos are filled with fat. You guys are sacrificing service for profit. I ordered to go and was seriously considering taking it back it was sooo bad. Don't waste your money. If you want better food, go to the shell station in front of the post office, better price and better food. I spent $11.50 here for lunch, that's a lot considering what they served me. You can't leave your food on the heat all day waiting in the hopes that you'll have a customer come in, even McDonald's has regulations for...
Read moreI’ve read all the reviews and I’m surprised of all the goods and bads, it has been about a year that I been wanting to try this place and I went yesterday for the first time and I didn’t regret it! The popusas were fresh and they tasted really good, the beans and rice were good as well. We had the tamarind water and it fresh not powder made I was impressed! It is a small place, not too much room but feels cozy like at home feel, the ladies assisting ya were very courteous they assisted us through the whole menu and questions, they do play music meanwhile so fyi in case you are wanting quiet place, prices were good not too bad and I’d give them another visit had no bad thing to say this time who knows places and things change!...
