Royal Burgers wasn't worth the 18 dollar I spent there. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger meal with tots. The person that took my order was extremely nice at first. I received my order. The tots were fresh and tasty, but the Burger was terrible. Absolutely, no taste at all. But I wasn't going complain, just set at the table and talked with the other person that I came with. The same nice gentleman that had previously taken our order. Proceeds to our table, and asked us how was our food. The other person answered, ok. I wasn't going to answer the question. He kept asking me what was wrong. So, I told him my Burger had no taste. It tasted as if it was boiled in water. Apparently, he may had been the owner or something like that. Because him not liking my response, had gotten him up set. The cook, mrs. Carol asked me what was wrong and I told her. I loved how she tried to see how she could make it better. She was insisting that she makes me a Philly cheese steak. I told her no ma'am, but thank so much for even attempting to resolve my issue. Then very rudely that same gentleman, that had taken our orders and asked me about the food, told Mrs. Carol that they don't do refunds and all sales are final. And afterr me hearing that, made me feel unease. Because i never never asked for a refund and wasnt going to complain. It was that gentleman that took it upon himself to repeatedly ask me about my opinion on the food I ordered and he noticed that I had been displeased with. Based on the reviews I read , which is why I came , I’m very disappointed. First off, it was a lady sitting outside smoking a cigarette with a scowl on her face and I wondered if she worked here. When I walked in, a man was sitting at the table almost matched her energy and barely grumbled a hello, then the lady from outside came in the he disappeared. I assumed he was not happy about thinking he was going to have to take my order . The lady told me he was the owner. Wow is all I can say about this. Don’t think I’ve ever seen a restaurant owner so rude. Now the food…my burger was disgusting. The meat broke apart. All of the vegetables were mush. The bun on the bottom was totally soggy and almost nonexistent. I scraped off all the vegetables and bottom bun mess…but just ended throwing it in the trash. I will not return and I won’t lie and recommend to others. These businesses just sell anything and we hype the food up along with these owners...
