Dixie Donuts — Restaurant in Cedar Hill

Always fresh and perfect with some black coffee :) I found out that the biggest chains don't actually even bake from scratch; they just deliver dough done at a huge facility and throw it in the oven after delivery :/ This place isn't anything fancy but they've done right on their recipe and baking fresh! The classic glazed donut 🍩, or really any other as well, are even great the next day too. They don't get dry and stale like other donuts I've gotten...

The doughnuts here are excellent, never overcooked, hard or undercooked. They're tasty and the staff are friendly and quick. This is much appreciated, long lines dwindle quickly! I've also been told they have another location nearby. Hands down I believe this place beats Krispy Cream, and the other doughnut locations. I'm a consistent customer here, so I always feel more impressed the more I recognize how dependable they are for some great tasting...

This place is still great. I guess some customers have bad days and decide to take out their frustration on the reviews but I've never had a problem with service or food from here.
