On 04/06 around 11:30 Am I scheduled an online for 2:00pm for carry out. Due to a meeting at working lasting longer than I anticipated I ended up arriving a little after 3:30pm. When I arrived I spoke with The cashier Carlos who I advised I was here to pick up an order that was placed online earlier today, after providing the gentleman with my name he walked over to a stack of papers and advised my order had already been given away. I was beyond confused and asked the gentleman how could this have happened? His immediate response was “ well you were late” I asked him since I did not arrive at 2:00 pm my online order & was paid in advance, he honestly felt it was appropriate to just give my order to another customer without requesting any type of verification to assure you are giving the correct order to the correct customer? Where he then again stated “ you were not here” I requested a refund & was then directed to speak with a gentleman by the name of Jessie who stated he was the manager on duty. I again explained what was going on and was advised by the manager “ we simply skipped your order” he said it as if my time and business meant absolutely nothing. I expressed I have to pick up my son on the other side of town which is the reason for me placing the order ahead of time. When I asked for corporate information I was denied and advised by Jessie that I can speak with him. I asked for a refund where he replied “ well I’m going to have to go online to do it” with absolutely no sense of urgency and a absolute lack of concern for the poor customer service provided all the way around. This location will continue to struggle as long as the level of management and customer service being provided continue to plummet. Two days later I receive a notification from my credit card company that the charge was never refunded, this is the absolute worst service I’ve ever received, for me to still come out and support businesses during this time should speak volumes, but instead this particular location would rather go under than appreciate the customers that continuously assure this location doors stay open...

I cannot say enough terrible things about this location. For starters, we had a coupon on my phone for 1 free adult buffet with the purchase of an adult buffet. We were told they could not honor it without downloading the app. So, I downloaded the app. It asked for a code, but I did not receive a code so I handed my phone to the manager, Susy. She fiddled with it and then gave it back saying the code she had didn't work. We asked her if they would still honor the coupon and she said no. My husband asked why not, because we attempted to get the app and she saw first hand that it was not working properly. She said No. So he asked if there was another discount we could get (as we had a party of 12). She said No. So my husband asked if she could at least adjust the temperature because it was hot and stuffy in there. She said "I already did and if you don't like it you're free to go somewhere else". My husband asked what did she just say to him and she repeated "if you don't like it here, you're free to go someplace else". Never have I experienced such rudeness, from a manager at that. Against my better judgment, we stayed and just paid full price. The establishment was filthy and that is putting it mildly. There were easily 6 tables around us that had dirty plates on them, they had not been cleaned so we had a hard time finding seats for our large party. By the time someone did come around to clean all the dirty tables, he/or she - I couldn't tell- squirted the cleaning solution on a table and ended up spraying my 5 year old niece who was sitting beside the table being cleaned. No apology or anything was given. This is BY FAR the worst, nastiest CiCi's I have ever been too and I have gotten in touch with their corporate office to complain. They will not get 1 penny from me and I will tell anyone and everyone I know to avoid at the very least this...

AND I WAS LIKE YES AND THE EMPLOYEE LAUGH BUT I DIDN'T KNOW BECAUSE IT WAS THE SECOND TIME I WAS ASKING FOR IT WAS FUNNY FOR THE EMPLOYEE, SO I WAIT A SECOND TIME BUT STILL DIDN'T GET SOME TEA SO I KEEP EATING JUST DRINKING ICE WATER THAT WAS ON MY CUP, I GOT DESPERATE BECAUSE NEITHER OF THE EMPLOYEES DIDN'T DO ANYTHING, SO I WENT A THIRD TIME BUT I NOTIFY TO A DIFFERENT EMPLOYEE BUT IT WENT THE SAME AS THE OTHER TIMES , I DIDN'T GET NO TEA AT THAT POINT I WAS DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE OF NOT TEA.
