Wings World Cedar Hill — Restaurant in Cedar Hill

This Wing World place in Cedar Hill on Beltline is by far the worst place and nasty place to eat at adding the black lady with eye glasses and wear the 2 braids going to back. I bought a honey lemon pepper wings a week ago got home no honey. So I said let me give them another try. I order honey lemon wings and dry ranch wings got home no seasoning on either. I called up there the young man said bring it back. I took it back they don’t do refunds and they also don’t have any signs in there that states no refunds. So I had to to get a replacement order again. Got the wings again no ranch so I ask the young man if I can have some ranch. The black chick go look at him and say what she say. Like I am standing in your face lady why didn’t you ask me what I said. So I look at her and said I ask for some more ranch. The young man put some more and my wings not big said they got to order some more. I’d go charge people also $20 for 10 piece wing plate without a drink you can at least make the plate look like it’s worth it. The wings were beat up small and no seasoning. I ask for regular fries I got Cajun. On top of the wings taste like their cooking in brunt grease. So I know their not doing boil outs or cleaning because it’s very nasty back there in the kitchen...

My husband and I finally got the chance to try these wings and were pleasantly surprised! We each got a 10 piece, with 4 flavors between us so we could try different flavors. I loved the fact that the wings were not filled with fat but actual meat. However, I didn’t like that you only received 1 ranch (small at that) with a 10 piece meal; and any additional ranch cost .50 cents (not a fan of people charging for condiments that go with your meal. That’s like charging for the buns at a burger spot) The fries were tasteless, what I imagine paper tasting like. But overall, THE WINGS WERE GREAT!!! We’ll be back! But we won’t waste money on fries this time:)... we need that...

If this is a BOB, then it is doing a disservice to the other BOB establishments in the area. False advertisement is one thing, but when the question is asked before hand and you deliberately give out false information, well that is enough to not earn my business again. It would be nice if you advertised your specials with the price and the exact wording of the special. How can 1/2 Tuesday Tenders be only for a 3pc and you have no sign stating that. Finding that information out when picking up my order of a 12pc was not ideal. I'll gladly take my business somewhere else.
