First off i get not wanting to be at work overnight. But i also get that people should get what they ask for and pay for without extra smart aleck responses especially when the company is providing something other than what i payed for. I came through the drive through late around midnight going into 10/6/24. While there wasn’t a particular problem ordering, we’re all human and we can tell when someone is trying to show out and be cool in front of their friends by giving unnecessary conversation or response. I get it you’re cool at the moment especially with women around lol. But listening is key and i felt like this problem could have been easily avoided if trying to be cool didn’t factor in at work. The gentleman with the blonde braids and cap working overnight last night between the dates 10/5/24 and 10/6/24 was in a rush apparently or maybe didn’t want to deal with customers at the moment. when I asked could i trade my coleslaw out for a toast instead on both of my caniac combo orders, my given response from him was “we out of coleslaw anyways so i guess”. Again, not a big deal i just want my food and to go home after a hard day at work. The problem came once i got to the window and had to pay 30+ and I’m receiving both my drinks with ice when I specifically asked for no ice on both and I was very clear on that. The reason I felt like I had to be clear is because I’ve had this same problem with this same individual before. And this could be prevented if I weren’t being cut off while ordering, trying to be too cool and trying to be pestered because your too cool for work… I know he had to know that the drink part was wrong because he rushed them out the window and just stared like “what’s the problem”. Again I’m not in a caring mood I just want to go home after work. Then I don’t get a receipt, it gets thrown away? Why is that? I’m not saying everyone has to be enthusiastic to go to work because I can tell this guy rather be somewhere else or maybe talking to the females on the window with him but why do I have to receive sassy input and incorrect service when spending 30+ on just 2 meals lol, I’m not asking for much man. That’s a pretty typical experience at this location at night though. Especially on that last closing shift. I discourage coming to this location at the night shift because not only him, but someone is going to give you attitude or bad service and food is too expensive nowadays for you to have a “get what you get” mentality. But I guess some people feel like “the man” if they don’t have to do exactly what they’re being asked even if they’re at work getting paid to do so? If you see this individual on the window be prepared especially if there are female associates...
Read moreThe food was really good. I loved that tasty sauce dip that is given with the order! Sounds like my first taste of 'Raising Cane's Chicken'? Almost! I've been to one a few yrs ago in another city but I suppose I wasn't impressed as have never gone to another until now. On this day I was with my youngest son and his two youngsters; the restaurant was a bit crowded. The small size of the inside space did not help that situation. There were also no employees available apparently to clean the dining area and people were leaving behind some real messes when they finished eating. It's as if they tried to fit as many tables as they could in there! But the chicken! It was delicious! I finished all of mine and my grands did as well! If you get the opportunity to go to this particular spot I would suggest planning a picnic and taking it to go if it looks a bit crowded. The staff were fast, efficient and even with the crowd.. pleasant! If you decide to eat inside on a busy day, just do the next patron and the staff a huge favor and throw away your cups, napkins etc. Then an observant employee can do as they did with us and come do a quick sanitary...
Read moreMaking this review after visiting in person once, and maybe 6 DoorDash orders from this location. In person, I did a mobile order for carry out. No one ever came out to bring the order, I called in and then someone finally came out. With DoorDash, my orders came correct for the first 2 or 3 times, for these last 3 I have done, literally everytime I am missing either half or basically all the order. I always order 2 of the 3 finger combos, and extra toasts on the side. 1st time I got no extra toast, okay I let it slide. 2nd time I didn’t receive no combos, but the toasts.. no notification that the order was changed either. 3rd time this morning.. 1 combo is missing completely and only 1 extra toast was received. It’s the middle of the day. What is happening up at the canes that I’m missing more than half the order. I don’t fault the driver for orders being incorrect when it is only this location.
Make sure you go pick up orders in person from this location for sure. And wait at the window, and check it twice before driving off, because staff here clearly doesn’t care about nothing that’s sent out...
