I went to Smoothie at cedar hill looking forward to enjoying my favorite smooth. Stood on long line while nobody even pay attention to you After waiting for awhile I was told we only taking online orders. I ask her when did this start. The employee said today. I left disappointed . After seeing about five people behind the counter. It look more to me that they weren't organized & prepared for the Friday rush. I won't be back to this location again . Thank you for your response as a owner of this business. Your products first of all is great. As a customer you want to be greet either with hello, I be with you in a minute or one person at the register at all times. Many people come to your place for a meal replacement. Imagine how that person feel with bad service. It could be a deal breaker in the mind. When it was finally my turn, nobody at first even came over. The person doing the register started making other drinks. That was the time to say, I be right with you. Instead she would look up, several times with a sore look. It made me feel like she didn't want to be bother & uncomfortable. Then when the employee finally comes over, I find out I can't even order. Was a big waste of my time & treat so badly. I just hope in the future your employees will be train to greet & treat everybody respectable...
Read moreBy far the worst. Placed my order online, but they didn't have ready. The young lady asked me to confirm that I ordered from the correct store, which I did. I showed her my receipt and she answered, "well we didn't get," in a very rude tone. She gave me a blank stare, then rolled her eyes and walked away. As she walked toward the back, she yell, "This lady said she didn't get her drink, but there is no order." This was after I showed her my receipt from 10 minutes ago. The sheer lack of customer service is baffling to me. Not to mention that none of the employees were wearing gloves while preparing the smoothies. After another 10 minutes, the young man from the bac knodded at the lady. Nothing, was said to me or even acknowledged me. Five more minutes later and the just say, "here." The disrespect and rudeness was on another level. Needless, to say never coming here again. After placing an order at 8:22, that was supposed to be ready at 8:30, I got it at 8:59. Not sure how many managers this place has gone through but this is the worst it has been. My smoothie bowl is absolutely sloppy and watery. My husband literally watched as his smoothie just sat in the blender till it was completely watery....Then poured and given to him. He asked for it to be remade......with attitude it was done. He wasn't aware of my smoothie bowl. We only live less than 5 minutes away.......it didn't happen in the commute. Our smoothies have been messed up for a while now......but due to the convenience of location we pray the next trip will be better. Guess what? It hasn't happened yet!!!!
