First time eating at Freddys and, quite sadly, very disappointed with the food and sauces (plus their battered down bathroom with inoperable paper and soap dispenser) . As for the food, everything was salty AF to the point of being tossed aside - only spared and consumed because we spent over $30 bucks for two sets and some cheese curds. Aesthetically the burgers looked mouthwatering and whetted my appetite (always a good sign to start any meal), which is why it’s so disappointing that they couldn’t get basic seasonings right for a simple beef patty. I’m not sure if this is a one-off with a line cook having a bad day or just part of how they cook their burgers, but first impressions are important to me so I probably won’t be coming back anytime soon (although I’m tempted about their other offerings as they, too, look pretty appetizing). In addition, the cheese curds were unimpressive and, yes, they too were salty to the point of being dismissed. While picking up the food at the counter, learned from another customer that there were “secret” sauces that had to be requested. Big on sauces and slightly giddy after receiving three different sauces to dip my onion rings and curds, I expected much more than a monotonous mayo-based dipping sauce with little to no variation and opted for good ol’ reliable ketchup instead. To add insult to injury, we literally got five or six onion rings to replace our fries, meaning we left still hungry and regretted not going to our traditional favorites like Culvers and In N Out and Wayback Burger.

Freddie's has to be one of my favorite burger places to eat. The burgers are made fresh. The fries are always small and crispy. The frozen custard is not super sweet like Andys, but very yummy. The customer service is great! And this location has the old fashioned Diner feel to it. My favorite item is the patty melt with grilled onions, I also like to throw on their spicy fry sauce to kick it up a notch. I love the way they grill their patties, they have these thin, crispy edges to them that give it a little more flavor and texture. I don't know how they get their fries so small but they are like shoe string potatoes that are crispy, yummy, and fun to eat. I usually like to order the meal and upgrade my fries to chili cheese fries and they are absolutely bang bang delicious!! And it doesnt cost much more to upgrade either. The frozen custard is great, and so are the milk shakes, so worth the calories ;P. I highly recommend giving this place a try, it's very underrated, I enjoy coming here with my family, and we're usually never disappointed. Visit 12/8/24 - good as always, more pics added

The food is usually good, unfortunately there were several employees standing behind the counter laughing and joking about something so much that I waited there, right in front of them for a solid 10 minutes. I even attempted to interrupted and say excuse me 2 times before one of the other employees from the back came around the kids talking to help me. This kid clearly didn't normally take the orders but he did his best and attempted to get my order. He even went around the back to make sure they got my order right. All the while those other kids still stood there laughing. After I got my order I went to Academy. Then saw those same employees in the back for 5-8 mins laughing again and I can't help but wonder who was in the restaurant? Where there customers just standing there waiting like I was. This isn't the first time those teens working there have been disrespectful. I worked in the restaurant industry for 8 years. I understand it. They need a change and a manager there that isn't a teen. I will go back but if it's this horrible again I will make sure to call in my complaint.

October 28th 2024 Once again you lost another star in the service department... why... you have some staff who refuse to pay attention to what's on the screen and what's being ordered and the correction to the mistake is still incorrect it has to be corrected yet again. Train your staff to pay more attention to what's going on and less attention to chit-chatting and you may have this problem occur less often cuz as you see in my review over the years is a constant issue with this location...

And let me make another side note while I'm at it ... When you do get something wrong on an order that's clearly stated on the receipt...please inform your team members to immediately wipe the attitude off their face and out their mood... and just correct the mistake they made ...without hesitation... anything else is pathetic and I personally will call you on it every time. Do you really think a customer wants to pay for something ...and eat something they did not order ...ask yourself that question every time you get something wrong or every time you get something wrong that you've ordered and you're expected to just deal with it.... wouldn't make much logical sense

July 18....just lost another star today...again....why...let's say it together for the kitchen in the back.... NO CHEESE MEANS WHAT EVERYBODY?....THATS RIIIIIGHT.....NO CHEESE ON THE BURGER....but we will just keep trying...cause the food is good...when done as requested...

May 7th 2024.... Still they have issues reading their own screen.... No cheese means....that's right...NO CHEESE....I shouldn't be required to check my burger every time... I'm updating my review just to make aware.... When I order a burger plane with just bacon and then order extra bacon there's a reason why I do that. It's because I want it so when it's not on the burger the fact that I have to hear you complain about it in the kitchen is pathetic. Just fix your mistake with a smile. Okay?... Cuz at five Star can quickly become a one-star based upon attitude. I'm not the one

So this is coming from two perspectives, both as a customer and as a doordasher Fridays doesn't excellent job. The food is great. Everyone on the staff has always been very nice but more importantly,...

On the evening of Jan 28, my son and I were out driving around, and we noticed his blood sugar was low. He is type-1 diabetic, so I handed him my phone and told him to order something for pickup. He ordered a custard, and we soon pulled into the pickup parking spot.

From here we waited.... and waited. We saw the people inside look directly at us several times, but they never came out. Meanwhile, my son's blood sugar monitor is going off, so I called the store to ask if they got my order and explained that my son's sugar level was low.

That is when they informed me that they do not use the pickup parking spots. Despite having two parking spots with official signs saying that the spots are for mobile orders, they do not use them and will not bring you your order. If you plan to use mobile order and expect to use the designated parking spot, avoid this location. My son ended up going urgently low, because we were certain they would be bringing it out any second before I finally had to call them to learn they do not honor their own pickup parking spaces.

Update: I filled out the support form. I never got a call back from the franchisee. The call center reached out apologizing and saying they would escalate. I got an email from a corporate regional manager who asked for my address to send some coupons. The coupons never showed up. I have been to Andy's Frozen Custard many...
