I ordered... They delivered 2 large pizzas, cheese sticks, a salad, and a dessert... After 40 minutes or so (after eating pizza, etc) I discovered that they delivered the wrong dessert... I called them, and other than the guy who answered the phone, actually REMEMBERING that he was the one who brought the order to me?? There was NO RECORD of my order!! (SOMEONE there, is a THEIF!!!) Anyway... ended up talking to the manager... His PATHETIC fix?? Was to give me a credit, for the dessert I didn’t get... IF I liked/would eat the WRONG one they delivered tonight, instead of throwing it in the garbage?? Wouldn’t be so bad... BUT... The manager thinks I should be “OKAY” with prepaying for brownies??? Well, NO, I AM NOT, AT ALL, OKAY WITH THAT!! ESPECIALLY, because of the reasons to follow- He never even gave me an OPTION to have it refunded.... THEREFORE... Could it be HIM, who is the theif?? Why else would he not give me an option of resolving it CORRECTLY, & to MY satisfaction, by refunding my money...?? Confused?? Here’s how I believe your friendly Pizza Hut is being run... I can think of NO OTHER explanation We order online, and, we pay, online... They make & deliver the order... A few minutes after delivery, the manager cancels the order from their system, and pockets the cash... Comfortably assuming, that any risk of complaints, had passed, by then... We still get our food, we still PAY FOR our food, BUT... IF Pizza Hut had our money?? THERE WOULD BE A RECORD of our order, right?? I can’t say this is EXACTLY what’s going on... But, it’s the only way, all of Pizza Huts, AND the managers, issues and actions, make any sense... So... with that???? I’m supposed to be OKAY with prepaying this person/this place, for ANYTHING??? I’m supposed to just accept, being TOLD how HE WAS going to handle the $5.99??? I’m supposed to EVER want to business with such a SHADY LOCATION, so that I COULD cash in on my “credit”???? Etc, etc, etc...???? I’m going to look into this further, as well as speak with corporate, tomorrow... MAINLY, because I feel as though I, PERSONALLY, was a victim... and he NEEDS TO BE CALLED OUT on it... In a Customer Service capacity??? You DO NOT, TELL an individual with a very valid, and “provable” complaint, HOW something will be handled... You explain their OPTIONS, and allow the CUSTOMER to choose... (Obviously, this has zero to do with the six bucks, at hand... But EVERYTHING to do with the disrespect, dishonesty and poor integrity, this “manager”...
Read moreI ordered online at this Pizza Hut on 3/31/2019. I've ordered online at this particular one before and it was ok, but this time it turned into a mini nightmare. I ordered my food, which consisted of 2 pizzones and a half gallon of iced tea at 5:45 pm yesterday. My husband answered the door at around 6 pm and brought the food in but not the tea, since he didn't know that I ordered tea. He tried to catch the driver but the driver was gone. I called this Pizza Hut around 6 pm, and told the lady about the missing tea. She then informed me that they only had two drivers and about 60 orders and that they would bring it as soon as they could. An hour went by and I called again and was told it would be 20 minutes. I called after another hour and was told 20 minutes again. After another hour around 8 pm, I called and was told by the manager I believe, that it would be 2 hours because of another 60 orders. I asked him if he could just put me in the order rotation, but he said no and that they could give me a 10 dollar off coupon. I told him that I just got the 10 off coupon when I ordered the food. I thought about just putting the tea amount back on my card, but the way they sounded about it, that would be a hassle or may not even happen. So before they closed at 10 pm, which was around 9:30 pm, I just drove and picked up the tea myself. I've had orders from other Pizza Huts in other towns/cities and they always brought missing items right back, but not this one. They have been decent in the past, but just be prepared for a long wait if they forget any items. They may offer you a 10 off coupon or code, but Pizza Hut gives you that same code online if you do the survey. No I want my item or my money back period, even if it cost me a dime. Read moreI ordered a deal that came to $35 with tip. The order consisted of two pizzas some garlic knots and a 2 Liter of Pepsi that was placed at 6:22 pm precisely. The delivery did not show up until 7:16 pm. That's 4 min shy of an hour and might I say I live exactly .6 miles (3 mins) away from their location. The pizza was already getting cold and the delivery driver grabbed a diet soda instead of regular Pepsi. Upon realizing such issues I only mentioned the Pepsi and that's when the delivery driver(A store representative) told me their is no difference it will be fine. I then stated it would not and that was very unprofessional, and that's when he stated It'd take 20-30 min before getting back with such product. Immediately I called the store at 7:16 and requested to speak to the supervisor and the younger sounding gentlemen on the phone yelled to the manager saying "Some guy wants to talk to you" (unprofessional yet again) . At that time a woman by the name of April answered the phone and I explained the whole situation including that I was only 3 min down the road (according to GPS) . April then told me it would be 20 or 30 minutes as well which I responded saying are you serious and Hung up. Finally the correct Pepsi was delivered 16 min later after my call to the manager. Being someone who works with customers and sales had me completely at a loss for words on the matter. Never in my life have I witnessed this horrible of service.
