Terrible experience. I would give zero stars if they let me.
Drive through had 1 car in front of me. Took 15 minutes for me to get to window. Tried charging me for 3 meals instead of 2. I ordered 2 meals with a extra shake (for grandson who had his tonsils removed). It confused them. Shorted me when giving change. I had to tell them how much change they owed me. (It was 30.48 and I gave them $41 so I could get a 10 and change back. Tried giving me $9 even for change.) I said "thats not the right change" After a bewildered look she took out another dollar out of drawer without even trying to figure it out. ( a 5 and 5 ones) I said ok ... now 52 cents more. Another bewildered look and she took the change out and gave it to me.
Gave me the 2 meals and said that we're waiting on the shakes. 10 minutes later they gave 2 shakes and said they are waiting on the other shake and can I pull up to the waiting area and wait for it. Burgers getting cold and other 2 shakes melting. After 10 minutes I got out and went into building to ask about my last shake.
While I was waiting I asked how much 2 large number 5's with a extra large shake was. Was given a totally different amount then I paid. The receipt they gave me was for 3 meals ( no prices on receipt) Instead of the 2 meals I ordered. A lady in the back heard me say I was waiting a shake and she said. "The shake machine is broken!!"
Didn't bother to come tell me in parking lot.
I asked for a refund on the shake I didn't get. Said I would have to talk to the manager. I waited and finally just left. I went there for the hatch green Chile burgers and was told they are seasonal. "Every Whataburger I ever went to always had green chile burgers"
I was there for almost a hour and very frustrated. Brought cold burgers and melted shakes back. Never going back to this location again.

Read moreI don’t usually leave reviews, but my visit to Whataburger was so bad that I feel the need to warn others. First, I found a long brownish hair in my burger absolutely disgusting and completely unacceptable. How does something like this even happen? Clearly, there’s a serious lack of hygiene and quality control in the kitchen.
Then, on my other burger, I specifically asked for extra mustard, but instead, it was completely drenched in it. It wasn’t just extra it was like someone squeezed an entire bottle onto the burger. It was a complete mess, practically inedible, and it made me wonder if the employees even read the orders or just throw things together carelessly.
To make things even worse, the bacon was severely undercooked. It was so soft and fatty that it felt like I was biting into raw meat. Bacon should be at least somewhat crispy, not chewy and slimy. It’s shocking that this even made it out of the kitchen it felt like no one even bothered to check if the food was properly cooked.
What’s even more disappointing is that just 2 or 3 months ago, the quality at this location was much better. Either management has changed, or something else is going on behind the scenes, but it’s clear that this is not the same Whataburger I used to enjoy. The food quality, attention to detail, and overall care have taken a serious nosedive.
Between the unsanitary conditions, careless preparation, and complete lack of attention to customer requests, this was one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve had in a long time. If this is the new standard at Whataburger, I won’t be coming back. Management seriously needs to step up and fix these issues before more customers are...
Read moreOkay this location has some problems. First off, late night shift is incredibly slow. It seems to be elderly individuals working during this time so not something I’ve bothered to complain about because I can understand but a manager should be nearby to assist if this is the case. Additionally, several times we have asked for side ranches and did not receive them but this happens at most fast food places it seems. The real issue I have is when I went during the evening on 2/15/20 and they added a wrong (extra) drink to the order. The manager tried to refund me cash back on a credit card purchase but it was incorrect amount and when I brought it to his attention he commented “well if you want to get technical about it, this will take a few minutes.” I don’t care to be petty over a few dollars but it’s the principal. And why aren’t you using the correct process to refund me anyways? That usually means the manager is okay accepting a register shortage instead of properly giving a refund which is theft (may not have been the case but it’s also typical to not be able to receive cash back on a credit card purchase). I should note that I was very calm and kindly brought it to their attention (I wasn’t frustrated, mad or trying to make a scene). The original guy who took my order and payment was super kind about and even apologized saying “it was probably my mistake, let me grab a manager...” — a very appropriate response to a customer.
Update 2/14/2021
This location has some serious problems! There is not a single time I’ve been here where they didn’t mess up an order. It...
